Someone took my car for a drive, came back, and he said to me "your brakes are fine, I don't know what you think you're hearing. Bring it back if it gets worse." They didn't actually even LOOK at the brakes like I had requested. I was still concerned about my car and knew there was something wrong, and brought it to a different shop. This place actually looked at the car as well as drove it and found that needed all new front brakes, calipers, and struts. Well over $1000 worth of work. I'm glad I was able to give that place my money with their efforts and thoroughness. I will never bring my car to Smooth Automotive again.

When I first came to get 4 brand new tires I expected a long wait as it was extremely busy and that was understandable. What I did expected was not to be called back to get my car, so I ended up calling to check righr before 5pm and it was already ready. No phonecalls to notify me which caused me to be unable to use their finance option because the system was locked due to it being after 5pm. Then, after picking up my vehicle driving home, only about 3 miles away and parking my car for 48 hours, I come out to my rear driver's side tire FLAT!!! YES MY NEW TIRE WAS COMPLETELY FLAT! I use my vehicle to work and have small child to transport. I call to notify them and told to come in. I come in after an appointment a few days later and told 2 hours. I shouldn't have to wait as this service has been paid for and my time has already been taken and this is a huge inconvenience all around, but I digress... I wait...and wait ... and wait.... THREE HOURS GO BY and my vehicle hasn't even been looked at. No urgency, priority or otherwise!! I express my frustration to Darron the "manager" who just stares at me and says NOTHING! He is absolutely stoic and emotionless!! He says nothing, He DOES NOTHING. I call customer service, if you can even call it that, they call the store to speak to him and they're just chatting away and he lies to the csr and says he told me there are 4 cars ahead of me! THATS A LIE HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT TELL ME THAT. HE ONLY SAID IT'S A TWO HOUR WINDOW! CSR WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AND CONDONED THE LACK OF URGENCY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE for a job already paid for and a service and leadership that is clearly lacking!!! Plus this location and 2 others are employee owned and local and this is great. The people working their have a part of the business as owners . I love this and I highly recommed them and buying the life time tire balancing is a great deal as they balance the tires on a road pressure Hunter machine as the tire hits the road.They did the best balance on my tires that I ever had elsewhere. Buy at Sullivan's and you will get a good price and good respectful service and care. They treat you like it was years ago and better.
