After checking under the hood of my car myself, I noticed that the covers to the fuse box, front harness connector, and opposite headlight (not the one with an issue) were missing. I went back to the shop and they said they did not have anything there anymore even though they were with the car when I had dropped it off. I will be reporting this negligent behavior to the MA Office of Consumer Affairs and Attorney General. Stay away if you would like to have professionals work on your car.

The older couple that own it, Mal and his wife, should have retired 15 years ago. They are rude, obstinate and far from helpful. My wife's car was towed here after an accident. It was still drivable. I called on Friday and was out on hold for 15 min, then disconnected. When I called back Mal himself yelled at me for hanging up as he said. I was then put on hold again for 10 min by his wife, he then picked up the phone and asked what I wanted, when I explained again he became angry again. I was delayed at work and could not Pick up the car Friday. I called Sat, went through a similar exchange with them, finally to be told I could pick it up that day, and time bring the registration and cash. When I arrived there was no one to answer the door which was locked. I eventually found a side door and people inside, they went looking for Mal and eventually directed me across the street where I waited for an hour, only to be told to cross the street and go back to the same building. Mal was Inside, they found my car, but refused to let me take it or pay for it because I did not know the exact location of the accident. The driver did not use dollies nor a flatbed but instead towed the car to their lot on its locked tires. While the office staff confirmed with the driver that was how it was towed, the driver repeatedly said it was not all wheel drive. We stayed at the lot and showed the driver when he returned that it was clearly marked on the car. He did not want to answer further questions and in fact stated "I do not talk to females" repeatedly in response to our questions. After being assured by the weekend manager that we could dispute any damages to the car with the manager Paul on Monday, today we were told by Paul that he will not stand behind his workers' statements to us and he has no responsibility for any damage.
