I received and estimate from Shelby Mechanical of 1,100.00 to go under the house and replace these pipes. I had G&C Sewer and Plumbing come out, for a 2nd opinion, and did not tell them anything of what Shelby Mechanical told me. After 5 minutes he came out and said "the drain is clear". I said "that's it"? He said "yes, usually sink plugs are fast to correct. He charged me 125.00 and it's been 4 days now everything appears to be just fine and running like normal.
