Don't take part on any online studies...you won't get paid! Some bs, even with screenshots showing you completed activities...they'll be like the client said you didn't complete activities and won't pay. read more

bf went to a food study on 7/28/17 and was told he would receive a $30 check payment in the mail in 7 business days. no check arrived by Tuesday. we called and was told that they would cancel the check and send a new one. when asked if we could pick it up they said no, that they don't cut the checks there. left a number of messages with accounting, being told every time that they were in meetings. called again because first said check still hasn't arrived. VERY skeptical when they don't offer payment at the group but now we can't get a hold of anyone and get a TRUTHFUL answer (if the check was even sent). after reading other reviews i would say: STAY AWAY! fradulent and unprofessional company! read more

This company engages in fraud. They promised a gift card if I completed a survey. Five months later, still no gift card. Their explanation was that their client hasn't paid them...which is not my concern and is entirely irrelevant. read more

I have been called twice and told I qualify after online and phone screener, only to be called 3 days later and told they overbooked and to not show up. It's one thing if it happens one time but twice? Get yourself together precision. Also the person calling did not say hello nor address themselves as the company, she seemed short with me and simply stated "hi Katie yo7 don't qualify we've overbooked but we'll keep you in mind for the future. " even a simple I'm sorry and I would've been more okay with it. read more

They called my daughter several times for a survey..Finally got her she told me she qualified..Than when they got to the ethnicity part she didn't qualify anymore..I was done that way as well..They already know your ethnicity when they call you but they have to try and be fair but they are prejudice and that is the truth..Do not be bother with these people..Race is still a big part of the world today and always will be..Do sad.. read more

The customer service is bad. They are rude. They did not pay me when I did a 6 week study. They got all my input and then I did not have a bottle which was thrown away not by me y the way. They did not have any compassion. I really needed the money. They find excuses to not pay you. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience with Precision Research has not been a good one, I am in week 5 of my evaluation of a air purifier by Dyson that was to be for 4 weeks and was to start 9/1/17 to 10/1/17. I did not receive the machine until 9/18/17. So my 4 week evaluation started on 9/18/17 to 10/18-19/17,which was fine. The company never called or emailed any kind of notification that I wound not receive the machine on or before 9/1/17. I called them on 8/28/17 to see why I had not received a tracking number via email from them so I can know when it will arrive. I was told it won't be there on or before 9/1/17 because they are waiting for final approval from client. That was all she said. I didnt hear from anyone until 9/11/17 via email that I should receive the purifier by the end of the week on 9/15/17 and I would get the full 4 weeks of the study. I did not get it until 9/18/17. Received text from UPS on 9/13/17, but nothing from them. This is when I knew what the tracking number was and that it was coming through UPS and not Fedex as i was originally told. Prior to 9/11/17, I was told on 9/6/17 that I should get it on 9/8/17. If I don't, then I should give them a call. So I did and all I got was voicemail. So here I am at the end of the study 4 or 5 days past and waiting for the final email survey and shipping label so I can compete this study and ship it back to them and get paid. It's not happening. I was told on 10/19/17 when I called to see when I would receive the final survey and shipping information to return it, I was told I will get a email on 10/20/17 and the lady just hung up. It is now 10/22/17 and still no email or update. This company really has a big problem with communication and notification updates to the people who are participating in one of there research studies. They are not very pleasant on the phone when you finally get them to answer the phone. So after all of this poor handling of this study from start to finish, I can really imagine how long it will take to get paid. Who knows, may not get paid at all. This was my first and last time working with Precision Research. I have never worked with a company that's so unprofessional as they are. read more

Precision Research contacted me for a study that I did last week- while there were a bunch of questions I had to answer (in addition to answering several in an online survey), I figure that they do not decide what questions to ask. This information probably comes from whoever hires them. The survey was very fun! Not only did I make an extra $100 for 2 hours of time, but I got to taste some products not yet in the stores. read more

I used to get phone calls from these guys pretty often. Every time, I went through the lengthy process of answering all of their questions just to be told that while I was talking to them, all of the spots for the study filled up. Every time, really. Makes me think they just used my responses without having to pay me. But that's not the worst. There's a lady there I had the pleasure of talking to, I think her name is Mary, who is absolutely the unhappiest, grumpiest person in the world and she lets you know that by the way she talks to you on the phone. There were numerous sighs when I asked her to repeat some information or if I followed up with a question, I'd get a "well, I just told you." I think one study was on cell phones and she asked what the previous phone I used was. I couldn't remember off the top of my head what the exact model was and I told her that. She was making comments like I was the dumbest person she had to deal with, listing all the ways I could find out. While she was doing so, I looked it up on my Amazon account and hey, it was right there in my purchases. I recited the exact model and make and she just replied "did you just make that up?...well, based on your responses you don't qualify." Please, learn to be more pleasant if your job requires you to talk to people so much. read more
