BEWARE! Highly unprofessional, lacking attention to detail, follow through, very poor design and no creativity. Mark B is incapable of handling criticism when things go wrong. He turns around with threats and blatant lies. When screenshots are sent as proof, he gaslights and tries to weasel his way out by sending next email, pretending nothing happened. I had wasted 2 month, requesting changes and at the end he simply canceled my project and refused to refund, sending a letter, suggesting that any negative reviews will result in legal action. It has been very frustrating working with this individual. He outsourced my project to two other individuals and somehow had no clue what watermark on a document is, typing out a tiny "watermark " instead of creating actual watermark. (Sounds like he was using AI) There is allot more, but I won't bore you. Just trust me and other reviewers when I say that this company is incompetent and lacks professionalism. Result - 2 wasted month, $500 lost, since he refused to refund and website he didn't bother completing. BTW, notice how he gave himself a 5 star review as Mark B, which is what he signs as. These guys got my website up and going after many frustrating attempts of doing it on my own that went nowhere. For inexperienced web developers like myself, they are the way to go. In my experience, I made it very clear what I expected and what I wanted the site to look like. I think that was the key to making it so successful; I'd reccommend everyone who works with a web developer take the time to clearly jot down their ideas first, so when you submit the ideas to them, they will build something that is more like what you intend. Over time, I worked with them to refine the design and work out the bugs and minor nitpicking things at every step of the way and they were very responsive. While it sounds like not everyone has had this same experience, with me they were extremely efficient and responsive and based on my own experience, I would reccommend them wholeheartedly to those who need a web design but lack the expertise of building one. read more

Choose a Different Route! It has taken this company over 8 months to revamp (Not even create) revamp a functional site! With zero experience I created our site in 1 month its been 8 months and this was the worst decision I could have made! I literally CRY and feel completely deflated bc we have missed so much due to the site not being ready to be promoted. I believe they have AI doing the development! They wont answer your calls and will ONLY communicate via email. I paid 1400.00 for a Headache. These are not web developers! These guys did a great job from beginning to end. I paid the extra for them to write me four pages. Katie messaged me at every phase of the project for input and decisions. In the end, I got a great website for a reasonable cost which included a matching business card design and they even designed our logo for us, which by the way is my favorite part of everything they did for us. I did not enjoy my experience with this company. The first initial conversation was great and convincing. However, our "project manager" Amy did a terrible job on our logos. They seemed really rushed and lacked creativity. They looked super generic. My company was not impressed with the turnout. We were very detailed, and still did not. The logos were ugly and very basic. I asked for a refund after the first set of logos, and was told that I was unable to retrieve one. After I provided Amy with our feedback, we still have NOT received our business cards or stationary design in which we PAID for. I'm feeling really disappointed that I spent my money with this company. I would not recommend this company. read more

I had a great experience working with this company. They were quick with my design edits, and did a great job creating something I love.

I gave them plenty of in depth info and examples on the type of logo I wanted however they fell very short. They revised it almost 10 times and still did not execute my requests. I just gave up and said thanks because it's a waste of time telling the project manager what exactly I want and then them returning with logos totally different. This company leaves much to be desired. I filled out the questionnaire about our company, our logo, our miss ion statement and a whole host of questions. I sent them examples and rough drafts and explicit instructions as to our expectations. I might as well have not done that at all. With 'three to five business day turnaround' after every time they have to make changes, You could be waiting weeks to get a logo that meets expectations. That's largely due to the fact that they will not allow you to speak with your project manager over the phone. All communications are via email and we all know that there's no substitute for communications via the phone. I ended up finding a local business, signarama, that's gotten the job done, just as I specified, within 24 hours. Don't waste your time or money on this company. read more
