We hired them to help us with our SEO and they completely messed up our site. Our traffic dropped dramatically, they ruined the layout on our product pages and never fixed it, couldn't complete projects they promised in the contract, wrote articles and never used them for the SEO purposes they were designed for, and completely over-promised results. His main guy Phillip is a nice guy, but was a horrible communicator throughout the entire 3 months we tried working together. He would send me updates that something was completed and then just never send it. I would have to chase them down to get answers of what was happening and all they could do is blame the issue on my shopping cart. Our website is built on Magento, which is one of the most used shopping carts on the market. They had no idea how to work with it. They tried and once they found out that their work was not helping our site, they stopped work without telling me what was happening. Now as a business person myself, this is when you put your ego aside and do right by the customer. I was patient at first, but after 3 months of giving them a chance, I had enough and asked for a refund. Now I understand they tried and put some work into the site, so I don't want a full refund, but Vee considers the hours spent messing up my site billable. Instead of working out an agreement on a fair refund, he instead offers to build me a new site. It was obvious at this point that this was being done because his team is limited in their skills and can't work with Magento, although he said he could before we started working together. I don't want two different sites for the same company. That is double the work for marketing, management, and maintenance, which would just cost me more money and time in the long run. I even considered this and asked him for examples of sites he built in the past and he has yet to send me one! Vee was simply trying to keep our companies money for himself. He is an unethical person to do business with and doesn't stand behind his work. If he did, he would take responsibility for his teams actions and make things right. UPDATE: We came to an agreement last week and we were waiting for a refund and now this company is trying to pull even more games. Now they are claiming that Vee is no longer with the company, although it is evident that he has been with the company for 14 years and is a Director on Linkedin and their website. To me that sounds like one of the principals of the company. I will be taking this company to court and PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
