We are under an annual service contract where they come 2x's per year. Technicians and electricians are courteous and professional and don't pressure you to perform extra services. We also contracted with Pezz to install a whole house humidifier, a whole house surge suppressor, several lighting fixtures and exhaust fans and they replaced all of our interior switches and receptacles in our 30 year old house. The prices they charge are fair and competitive. We have been very happy with their services.

During Covid, we are especially conscious of getting work done in the home and having contact with new people, but they were great and kept their masks on throughout the job.
