We have been customers of Pezz Electric for five years. They perform our annual maintenance on our…read moreheating and air conditioning (HVAC). We are under an annual service contract where they come 2x's per year. Technicians and electricians are courteous and professional and don't pressure you to perform extra services. And one advantage to having a service contract is that in an emergency you get priority treatment. We have had one AC emergency in five years and received a repair within 24 hours. We also contracted with Pezz to install a whole house humidifier, a whole house surge suppressor, several lighting fixtures and exhaust fans and they replaced all of our interior switches and receptacles in our 30 year old house. The prices they charge are fair and competitive. We have been very happy with their services.

It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! He can also do electrical projects -- i.e. VAN LIFE & TINY HOMES! lol He hasn't worked on a project like that yet, (b/c I asked!!! as I'm looking into it), but he is eager to hop on a such a project! So check them out!!! :)

Everyone that recommended this company said they were very responsive, had great pricing, and got the job done quickly. After reviewing the scope of the work over the phone, and giving me an estimate, Sean and James came out to do the work right away. During Covid, we are especially conscious of getting work done in the home and having contact with new people, but they were great and kept their masks on throughout the job. The guys were friendly and helpful, and finished the job in an hour. They do not accept credit cards, but do accept checks and cash. We plan on using Sean for any future electrical work as well!
