Did an excellent job fixing my water/heater, including an extremely reasonable price.

Muhammad came out on the same day I called to replace multiple leaky garden faucets. He worked fast too. Thanks Muhammad!

Our water heater from 2014 suddenly died last night, cold showers this morning, was able to call last night and set up a visit today. We are now proud owners of a brand new gas water heater! They hauled away the old one and got the new one installled quickly. Great work, Muhammed and deliverer of the new water heater! (I didn't get his name, we were hosting a bbq so it was a crazy day, but it's working!) Had to endure cold showers this morning, felt like I was camping! Glad it's all good now. read more

They are over priced. Web site shows guy in uniform and marked vehicle witch that did not have all smoke and mirrors. Got a shower valve to work better but not like was originally. One of the the guys who came took my cell phone. When I called it they eventually answered it and returned it. Shady company. read more

Muhammad and his team was great. He is very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the issue right away. He finished the job within the quoted time with high quality. I had a plumbing problem for weeks. Didn't know if it was the garbage disposal or something more serious causing a flood in my garage's laundry room. I had a few people come out. 1st guy was private and snaked it, but said I needed someone with a longer snake. Called a larger company that was offering an $85 (could have been $75) fee for snaking. The kind gentleman came and snaked it, but was concerned that the snake could snap back or something like that. His supervisor came out and gave me a $17,000 estimate for work. In all fairness a couple of those items are needed, but not at their cost. Ok, so that was the background of why I appreciate Precision Plumbing. They came in, assessed the issue and gave a $1,555 solution. They didn't try to gauge me. They were efficient, friendly and reasonable. Here's What I Think... When it's time to get new piping, I will reach out to Precision Plumbing read more

My fatherin-law contracted with Mohammed to replace a water main at his commercial building. Mohammed trenched almost the full length of the building, about 3' from the face of the building. 3-4 tenants are open to the public. The tenants employees and customers were forced to step over a 8"x18"x300' open trench. To this day, he won't send me his insurance policies. He started working around beginning of March, left open trench 7-10 days. So much more to the story, but my fatherin-law is 94yrs old. Sent Mohammed a check for $30,000 for a $21,840 job. Have a attorney chasing him for a refund. He's a liar and poor quality workmanship. Hard to believe ppl like this are in business. It's elder abuse. Hey Mohammed, send Jim a refund check. And I hired another plumber to come fix the mess you left. read more

Muhammad was really responsive and showed up the next day, fixing my kitchen pipes by snaking multiple times. Like others also mentioned, he also shared tips of maintaining pipes and drains. I'd recommend! read more

Mohammad and team were great to work with. Mohammad responded quickly to a Yelp request when our water heater decided to leak (unsurprisingly - it was 19 years old). Mohammad gave us a quick run down and recommendation on potential replacements (straight 50 gal tank swap or a tankless heater) and reasonable estimates for both jobs. We went with the straight replacement and Mohammad had his team with us a few hours later. They quickly and neatly completed the job, and we are back in business. Mohammad even provided telephone troubleshooting when an aerator got blocked as we were restarting the system. 8 hours from finding the leak to having hot water again, from our new tank - at a reasonable price. Can't beat that! read more

Muhammad has so much dedication to his company! He responded so quickly with my inquiry. He is upfront with the cost. He came the same day and got here on time. He was respectful with my property. He is a professional. All requests i made he responded "No problem!" I hope I don't get to need your services again but if ever I do, i will call you for sure! I highly recommend precision plumbing for its excellent service. Thank you! read more

Replaced my main sewer line from house to sidewalk. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I recommend them.

This is the 3rd time I've used precision plumbing. My water heater finally went out so I gave precision plumbing a call. And like they've always done, they came through when I needed them. Muhammad's brother arrived a couple hours after I called and determined the water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me a solid price and was able to install the next day. This company is amazing and I would highly recommend them. Thank you. read more

Muhammad is amazing. He is the best. Very professional. Whatever he does, he does with a lot of passion.

Muhammad operates a trustworthy and customer service oriented business. His communication and follow through is top notch. He listens to your issues and is very responsive to your needs. His plumbing technician, Murad, is incredibly skilled and friendly. He greets you with a smile upon arrival and is very courteous. Murad focuses on the issues and completes his work in a timely manner. He explains the issue, source of the problem, and a solution for the fix. He is honest and operates with high integrity. I highly recommend Percision Plumbing to anyone having issues with their plumbing and is in need of a company who provides excellent and honest work at a very fair price. read more

I needed to get my Kitchen Faucet replaced. There was a leak coming from one of the faucet lines but i didn't know which line was causing the leak. As soon as Muhammad came, he explained what the issue was and explained the problem as he fixed it. He even mentioned other problems with the current Kitchen plumbing setup. Definitely recommend. read more

This review has nothing to do with the quality. I need someone to snake the clotted drain in the garage. They show up promptly and finish the job in a timely manner. However, I was not expecting the bill is that expensive for 1.5 hours (they claim to be 2.5hrs) job. It cost $600 to replace a p-trap. It is not an easy job for non professional to be fair as they are replacing the metal pipe with an abs. But I am just surprise how expensive for a little job. read more

I had a second project and again went with Precision Plumbing. I needed to add a Leak Detection/Auto Shutoff device in order to get a decent discount on my home insurance. Muhammad was helpful in providing a quote and assured that they can provide the invoice with all the proper information as requested from my insurance company. I scheduled for a Sunday between 10-11am, but Muhammad's associate Alberto showed up later around 12. I was in communication with Muhammad and I was aware of Alberto's delay which I was fine with. Alberto showed up and got straight to work. He mentioned about his previous project that day and how he ran into some unexpected issues, which is understandable when working on someone's home. Alberto did a great job installing the device. He changed the galvanized steel section coming into the house with copper and added the shutoff device in a way that I can service it in the future. Overall project took about 2 hours. read more

I would like to share my positive experience in getting help with my kitchen sink clog. When submitting a service request on Yelp, several Plumbing companies reached out to me. I chose to reply and talk to Mohammad at Precision Plumbing because he provided clear estimated cost options up front. They also answered all my questions about the cost and service methodologies. I also got to know the estimated cost of the worst-case scenario prior to them coming to my place. In the end, the service cost was much less than the worst-case cost. I like the way they tried to resolve our clog problem without making us spend more than necessary. Victor is the technician who came to perform the service. Victor is an awesome person. He analyzed the situation of our plumbing system and fixed the problem in just one attempt. In the process, I get to talk to him and learn from his experience. I'm a DIY person, unfortunately after a few attempts I was still not able to unclog the issue this time. Victor got the issue resolved in just one attempt. I would recommend Precision Plumbing, Mohammad and Victor to friends and family members for plumbing issues. Thanks Precision Plumbing Team. read more

Able to schedule same day and the shower cartridge was installed and working quickly to solve the problem

Had a leak, determined the problem asap. Very responsive and did an awesome job. Would hire for all plumbing issues.

I reached out to Muhammad on Sunday for a help on the shower faucet issue, and Muhammad responded very quickly with flexibility to drop by the next day on Monday. When he arrived, he acted very professionally on diagnostics the problems, and root caused the issue to the vault on the shower panel, asked for a flat screwdriver, and fixed it in minutes. Literally he just done his job so fast and I'm super appreciated his help, since we have spent many times on checking the cartridge as well as other places of the shower system. I think Muhammad will be really valuable for anyone on some urgent plumbing work needs to be delivered fast with quality! read more

Mohammed was very easy to communicate with and his team was professional. Our drainage issue turned out tougher than expected and there was some mis communication initially. Mohammed was very understanding and offered discount. The two folks on the first day worked till 3 pm without having lunch and tried all methods to finally locate the problem. The problem was eventually solved and the situation was also clearly communicated. Very appreciative! read more

Muhammad was a life saver. My shower blend valve cartridge went bad and I needed it replaced. He came over around 6pm to diagnose the problem. Since the part wasn't available at Home Depot or Lowes, Muhammad went out of his way to Hayward to find me the part as he didn't want to leave my family without hot water. Came back 2 hours later to finish up the job and now we have hot water in the shower again. Would absolutely recommend Muhammad's services. Also veteran friendly. Thank you sir! read more

Quick response, courteous, on time, think from the viewpoint of the customer definitely recommend

I reached out to several businesses on yelp to fix a clogged drain. Muhammad responded in literally no time and provided best estimate, and offered to take care of it the same day. Later, he sent a message around time of arrival that he won't be able to come that day. I was a little unhappy because I came from SF just to keep our scheduled appt and was bummed that I was not informed earlier which would have allowed me to take care of other stuff in the city. However, when I explained this to Muhammad, he apologized and offered to come later in the evening if I were up for it. He showed up later in the evening and fixed the drain in 20min time. Afterwards him and I had a good chat about variety of topics . Overall, excellent experience. Muhammad was responsible, took care of the job in clean manner, provided me feedback on what can be done to prevent such occurrences and was easy to communicate with. read more

What great service at a reasonable price. Murad displayed excellent skill and timely ability to assess our leaky garage ceiling issue, and jump from the garage to the attic to find a hole in tubing that was actually located in specific 1 ft square location of our upstairs bedroom wall. He not only cleanly cut away the drywall section to replace the defective plastic tubing with much more resilient copper, but proved his dry wall skills by cleanly and neatly recovering the wall to its original appearance. Thank you for a great job. I will always look first to Precision Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. read more

I reached out to Muhammad for a quote on a clogged kitchen sink through Yelp (probably due to years of backup because my parents dont like to fix things), and he got back to me within an hour or so. In his initial response he was able to provide me a quote (that ended up being the price) and times he would be available to come by and take a look. He also provided his phone number so that I could just call/text him. He came by the very next day within the time frame he'd given me, and was in and out of the house within an hour. Muhammad and his staff got straight to work and were able to do a quick fix under the sink. If we have any other plumbing issues in the future I'll definitely give them a call again; last time I used Roto Rooter and it ended up costing us thousands for some low water pressure Thanks Muhammad! read more

I turned down his offer to turn my water heat back on. My main sewer line was clogged and the waste water started to come back from bathtubs because I don't have a clean-out. Reached out to Precision Plumbing and had a 5 star experience. They helped me unclog my mainline and helped me replace my toilet. Their work is awesome. They are responsive. Their communication is clear. I gave them a detailed description of my situation online and they gave me a quote directly online, I like this because it saves time for both of us. Their price quote is also fair. read more

Never showed up. Gave him a second chance to show up again today. No show a 2nd time!

We woke up with no hot water and both my husband and I have work early in the morning. We couldn't really take care of the issue since we're not going to be home during the day. I had searched on yelp in the morning and he got a response back within couple hours. I couldn't really reply to him coz of work so I ended up contacting him back after work which is around 5pm. He was able to accommodate my schedule to come to our house around 6:30. He fixed our tankless water heater right away. I'm just glad he was able to provide same day service since I have called other locations and was told they don't do emergency plumbing service. I told him he's our guy from now on and I'm just very happy we found him. Most of all he's very friendly and easy to talk to! Highly recommended! read more
