When my wife called Donaldson to clarify the issue, the receptionist said that they sent a couple of bills that were never either sent nor received and that it was sent to collections. Not a phone call, email or any type of steps to make contact with us prior to sending it to collections. Ww have had the same phone # and email for 15-20 years. Completely unacceptable professional behavior particularly for a small $85 bill, which we would have been happy to pay if known. Would NOT recommend this company and will be speaking to our insurance company regarding the shady behavior by this company.

I told her I wanted amber lens with bifocals and I got dark brown lens with no bifocals. She told me that's what I received and that's what I get and the manufacture did not make amber lenses or bifocals, so I called the manufacture and guess what they make amber lenses and bifocals. They call here to tell her that they do make these glasses and she reorders them. I get the next pair back and they have amber lenses with no bifocals, so she is very rude and tells me I didn't order bifocals. So she made another big mistake and lies again. So I am stuck with $160 glasses with no bifocals, Don't go here and save yourself a lot of misery.

Dr. Ardron is great, cares for his patients and ensure quick and efficient appointments. I reccomend all my friends who need eye care to Donaldson. I was referred here a few years back by a coworker and I am glad that this is the practice I ended up with. They also have a vision center for glasses shopping right accross the parking lot. I've been going to Dr. Fleming for over a decade now. He's been wonderful treating my weird…read moreeyesight - one nearsighted, one farsighted - and while I am happy that he is gradually phasing himself into retirement, I'm sad to lose him as my eye care provider. While I loved teaching, I was glad to retire, so I understand. The office staff is always pleasant and professional, greeting clients as soon as they pass through the door. Office policy is "no fragrances." I get that, and always remember to leave the Chanel on the shelf. Regarding the purchase of new glasses, I avoid that, no longer having the luxury of insurance. Instead, I recycle one or two pairs of several frames I've held onto because I like them. Only once have I been told that's not possible, because "they" don't like beat-up frames. They're not; what am I, 12 years old? Even though Dr. Fleming has sold his practice, I will continue as long as he's taking a few appointments. I feel my exam is thorough, and the results always discussed with me. The practice keeps up with new technology, and I like that. He reassured me when I expressed worry about renewing my driver's license; the eye exam always brings anxiety. Should I fail the exam, Dr. Fleming told me there were options. Finally, while I was undergoing treatment for a serious illness, the office was very understanding when I schlepped in, not wanting to miss an appointment. I'm really very grateful for all that's been done for me.

I wish I had walked out with something from this cute shop, and I definitely had my eyes on the adorable leather door sleigh bells. I just couldn't decide which leather design to choose, and nowadays when I shop, I need to have a specific place or function to put it, before buying. I told myself I'd go back after I finished walking through the rest of charming Groveland's shops. Unfortunately, I couldn't justify the purchase. However, should I ever return to Groveland, Ranch Revived would be my first stop!
