It appeared that the drive belt was broken. I contacted customer support, who confirmed there were no repair options available and advised me to return the equipment for a refund. However, when I returned the unit on Monday, I noticed additional charges on my credit card. Upon calling the store, I was informed by the manager that I had been charged for repairs, as they claimed I was responsible for the damage. This accusation doesn't make sense, as the machine was defective from the start and never even ran properly. A worn or broken belt is clearly a result of prior usage and should have been identified during routine maintenance or inspection. It's disappointing to have such an experience with a company known for its customer commitment and leadership in the rental industry. What should have been a simple weekend project turned into a frustrating and time-consuming issue.

Salesmen/Owner said the A/C works and the Undercarriage was good and…read moremachine in good working order Left immediately after winning to get the check and drove to them same day with my trailer to get it 3+ Hours each way. Get there and of course the machine looks well neglected, but that's fine the price reflects that. Fire it up and the throttle is stuck wide open. I get out so my partner could check it out and A/C is not working, Look behind the belt gard and the A/C belt was previously removed and the A/C compressor was seized! The salesman, Bill, went into salesmen mode sounding like one of those sleazy used car dealers people laugh at on movies, Great Bill I don't care, I asked these questions and you lied. Debating if we should still buy it we walk by the undercarriage and notice a big chunk out of the front roller on the undercarriage, the undercarriage Bill said was good. Upon getting down the whole back side of that roller was bad. Debating on if we should buy it though highly turned off due to the lies, I offer him to buy parts only for the A/C compressor and that one roller (other side was on way out also, but that's fine at least it could be used, machine is not useable with broken rollers) I figured this would be fair since he said they were good, i'll eat the labor and the small parts involved. Anyway he told me he would not, So due to his LIES I wasted 7+ hours of my day, bank fees, and over $100 in fuel. I guess on the positive side I was able to get some white castle after. Stay away from places like this that go out of their way to hide / lie about things.

We rented 16 chairs for our Thanksgiving Celebration....we were quoted one price and before delivery another.... They were supposed to deliver the chairs to our place of business during working hours. Most of the chairs have rust on them, all of the chairs were filthy....gross with many still having dried food on the them....several of the chairs are broken!!!! So what is the end result? * Poor communication, left us no window to secure better products or seek the services of another rental facility * Disregard for the condition of the product delivered * Failure to inspect the product prior to distribution to the client * A SHITTY EXPERIENCE PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT Buyer beware....stay away from this business....they do not care....they will button hole you... Complete ripoffs. 30 years in business and this is my worst experience Brought in to repair leaks…read more Rob told me "don't worry", when I asked about the price before it was finished. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. First you'll…read morehave to get thru the condescending and arrogant initial call where they will tell you how great they are at repairing small engine equipment and how long they've been doing so. If you can stomach that call and end up entrusting them to repair your equipment, cross your fingers it'll work. Charged me $420 to get my blower to start and then it failed upon the first use! Asked for a refund and was met with some more of that arrogance, because there is NO way they could be wrong. I'm ashamed to admit that I hired them, don't make the same mistake we did. Small claims here we come.
