It appeared that the drive belt was broken. I contacted customer support, who confirmed there were no repair options available and advised me to return the equipment for a refund. However, when I returned the unit on Monday, I noticed additional charges on my credit card. Upon calling the store, I was informed by the manager that I had been charged for repairs, as they claimed I was responsible for the damage. This accusation doesn't make sense, as the machine was defective from the start and never even ran properly. A worn or broken belt is clearly a result of prior usage and should have been identified during routine maintenance or inspection. It's disappointing to have such an experience with a company known for its customer commitment and leadership in the rental industry. What should have been a simple weekend project turned into a frustrating and time-consuming issue.

The owner has always been very friendly and helpful, the front desk staff is great to work with, and overall the whole team seems hardworking and knowledgeable. It's not always easy finding a shop that actually cares about keeping your equipment running when your business depends on it, but these guys have treated us well and we definitely appreciate it. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed.
