Pain management did not keep to the same schedule as the hospital, which, given my break, left some holes in the coverage. Nursing staff were great, and looked after me well. Nurses aides do some serious heavy lifting, yet always found time to get things I needed as well. The PT were great motivators, and loads of fun. Unlike PT I had about twenty years ago, I looked forward to going to see them. If I had only one gripe, it would be the food. Owing to multiple limitations on what I can eat, there weren't always a lot of choices. Just because you CAN purée something doesn't mean you should. Otherwise it all seemed cooked with care, and the menu choices were well varied. Nice place!

If you miss an appointment to see Dr. Cohen its always someone to assist you for rescheduling a more convenient day and time to fit both patient and doctor schedule. If and when I ever need rehab my first option is Oxford Rehabilitation because they are courteous, respectful, and display empathy for their patients and most of all I am aware of the service I will receive. This center is professional and the staff is compassionate. I felt I needed to write this as I had to go back for a second treatment an hour after my first which many surgeons won't do, but Dr. Rosen wants his patients to leave knowing they are comfitable. This Was the only time it ever happened in ten years. The OR staff gave me reassurance as we talked about my travels around the world. It made the experience comfortable and I knew I was to get the best care while under. The nursing staff was so compassionate and brought it to my physician's attention that my hand was not warm which tells them the procedure worked. Dr. Rosen had a busy schedule but told me he did not want me to leave until he tried a second time. I agreed. Thankfully he did as I left feeling great. So thank you to the entire staff at Trevose. You made what was a bad day the best you could.

They also take great care to explain the process and what they are doing so you feel in the know. Dr. Blake is a fantastic physician who treats his patients with care and respect. Calls to office 3x's week for over 30 days are ignored. The management company overseeing LOA will not process claim until appropriate documents are received. Office manager and Dr Scott refuses to complete form without any follow up to patient or management company. It pains me to write this but it is simply the truth.
