I had to stand at the desk with my receipts for one hour making phone calls to multiple layers of agencies/vendors to fix THEIR computer glitch. The desk clerk, Rosa, was quite gracious trying to help us. It wasn't her fault. Then, the results of one daughters test were posted, but the other one wasn't. In addition, their customer service centre is closed on Sunday, so there is no one to help. We had to get additional testing elsewhere, for additional cost. The results eventually were posted 5 days later, making them now useless and a waste of $119. I filed a request for a refund. I don't think I will use labcorp again.

I waited outside and checked patient progress on the status board. At about 11:20 I went inside and my name was called. I went into the 3 desk check-in area and a nice pregnant nurse Diana started to check me in. She was stopped by the office manager woman who said it was another David who had been called. I looked at the property owner map on the wall c. 1890 to find my family home in Cheltenham as I had done in the past and the manager told me to leave. I refused as I was not blocking any new sign-ins and she threatened to call the Abington Police who came and I explained the situation to them and her unfriendly racist behavior towards me. They videotaped my conversations with them and made no charges against me. I was told that many workers have quit and they are understaffed. All seven blood taking rooms were filled with only Diana taking blood, no one at the 3 check-in desks when I was called by phone text at 12:22 pm. I left at 12:40. Suggest the office manager take training in customer service and hire more Phlebotomists. Appointments should be by scheduling, no walk ins. Diana should be commended on her professionalism and caring.

Is this the SAME machines you used on me and couldn't find anything which led you to say " no suspicious findings". Want to schedule fast too. At 5 weeks out, you will get the same findings only difference you just exposed me to more radiation. I have never experienced this in my adult life as a woman. Mind you, I had additional testing with my mammogram and they can't tell me what's going. Save your peace of mind, go somewhere else. I'm going to get a second opinion at my former hospital.

I think once your in their computer system the registration is pretty simple. You would just need your prescription from your doctor and insurance information. I'm sure no one likes to get a mammogram, but compared to a lot of other things I've gotten done, it's relatively easy. It only takes about 15-20 minutes. They still have the Covid restrictions in place and its always nice and clean. Also, I never have a long wait after the registration is done. I would highly recommend Solis Mammography at Einstein's Elkins Park.
