It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!

So, off to the internet i go, searching for a primary care doctor who takes our military heath insurance (as the Rev is retired military). I loved that Dr. Renzi had early early early morning hours - like 6:45, 7 AM - and that I could book online via Zocdoc. His reviews were so good I thought they might be fake. THEY'RE NOT. He is great. Personable, kind, funny, a good listener, wants to help you there instead of sending you to a gazillion specialists. The office building is a restored factory, which I think is super cool, and it's pretty easy to get to. Office was clean and staff was friendly and professional. I showed up for the tests and they only had it written down that I was getting one. Lucky me, the doctor was in that day, so they got quick approval for the second test. Phew. I came back two days later, as directed, to have the tests read. Despite having two negative tests, they would not sign the form, stating that I would need to make an appointment with the doctor to have a physical. Worse yet, the same nurse who gave me the tests claimed that she had informed me about the physical on my last visit! She had said nothing about it and was completely defensive. Throughout this whole debacle, I was listening to other nurses on the phone with other patients. I could NOT believe my ears! They were incredibly rude. Additionally, the doctors in this practice implemented a $25 no show fee for missed appointments. Yet, they do not call to confirm appointments and did not inform me of this "new policy". Oh, and don't go in with a cold and expect a prescription. I get a sinus infection every year and went to get a prescription for a Z pack. McFadden told me to go get some saline nose spray and call him in three days if I didn't feel better. What a waste of a copay! This office is just another example of sub-par healthcare providers doing a half-ass job and screwing over patients. Don't waste your time or health with these ass clowns!
