It's hard to find a doctor that you really and truly feel comfortable sharing medical history and information with. I had gone to Blue Bell Family Practice for a severe illness and had been misdiagnosed to the point that I had to be hospitialized over New Years two years ago. I should've known the Dr. wasn't "all there" when she showed up in a two-sizes two small track suit, chewing gum and not being able to ask me questions about what was truly ailing me. Yikes! A friend of mine suggested LMG Family Practice, specifically because their office is on the corner of 73 and 202 in Blue Bell - a 2 minute drive away. I got an appointment with Dr. Charles Kish - within minutes, I was hooked. Dr. Kish treats me like I'm an individual, he looks over everything, he's thorough and when I bring something up that needs attention, he never looks at me like I'm wasting his time or that I'm crazy. Recently I was diagnosed with arthritis at age 34 - he never said "Oh you are crazy, you are too young," especially as I have other underlying factors that pushed the arthritis. The front desk staff is also truly great. Robin (Office Manager) and Sarah (RN) are always helpful and get me in when I need to be seen. If ever I have a question, they are quick to call back, get information or get me referrals. I have truly found an office that cares. Thank you LMG!

It is clean, and plain. The chairs are widely spaced, which is good, considering what we've learned from the CoViD epidemic. It is not a place where one is meant to spend time, and lately I have not had to wait long in there.

Never sent my prescription to pharmacy, had to call office numerous times, then after 3 weeks dosage was wrong and sent to wrong pharmacy. I called and complained, Expecting a call back from Dr, no one called me back. That was my last experience there. Over past few years I've saw this family practice on its way down the toilet. Save yourself headache and go elsewhere, the way it's run won't be open too much longer.

My appointments with Dr. Maryum Gill at Broad Axe Family Medicine were positive while in the…read moreoffice, but the follow-up care was deeply disappointing. I alerted Dr. Gill that IBX required a prior authorization for a prescribed medication. Despite clear communication, no request was ever submitted. When I called IBX directly, they confirmed there was no record of any prior authorization from the provider. Dr. Gill's and her staff staff told me to "wait for the insurance company," which was inaccurate -- the process must be initiated by the provider. This demonstrated that both the doctor and her office either did not understand or disregarded the prior authorization process. If you are healthy, they will gladly take your office visit fees; but if you need real coordination of care or help navigating insurance, do not expect follow-through. Poor communication and lack of responsibility made this a frustrating experience.

I loved that Dr. Renzi had early early early morning hours - like 6:45, 7 AM - and that I could book online via Zocdoc. His reviews were so good I thought they might be fake. THEY'RE NOT. He is great. Personable, kind, funny, a good listener, wants to help you there instead of sending you to a gazillion specialists. The office building is a restored factory, which I think is super cool, and it's pretty easy to get to. Office was clean and staff was friendly and professional. I actually feel very lucky to be going from one provider I really liked to another I like just as much. Whew.

I trusted my parents with him and would trust my children with him. Dr. Renzi is a brilliant physician who is so giving and real. He is easy to talk to, and he listens.
