Do not trust this Jiffy Lube location with your vehicle…read more After servicing my car, they failed to reinstall the splash guard bolt and instead tried to pass off a zip tie as a "repair." That is not only careless it's unsafe and completely unacceptable for any professional automotive service provider. When I brought this to their attention, they initially agreed to pay for the proper repair. However, when it was time to take responsibility, they refused to follow through. To make matters worse, my interaction with the shop manager, Cee, was beyond unprofessional. She was hostile, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner over the phone. No customer should ever be treated like that especially when the issue was caused by their own poor workmanship. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to Honda to have the repair done correctly! This experience shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I strongly caution anyone considering this location what seems like a simple service could turn into a costly and frustrating situation.

I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? This isn't the first time or second time the owners be short with me and my questions. I wont be back.
