I drove 45 miles from Baton Rouge to meet with them. When I got there, they couldn't find the truck. When they did find it, it had a flat tire, needed a new starter, the dash was totally taken apart and half way put back together, there was two holes drilled into the intake, and that is just what I saw looking at it for a few minutes. I couldn't even start the truck! They totally wasted my time and gas just to get me on their lot! VERY DISAPPOINTED! The names of the two ladies who are extremely deceptive are Angel and Kim. If you get a call back from either of these ladies, RUN! They do not care about your time and Kim just kept shifting blame to everyone else instead of just taking responsibility for her own actions.

The improvements are obvious as soon as you pull in -- the vacuums actually work, the automatic card reader is fast and reliable, and everything is clean and functioning like it should be. You can really tell the new owners and managers care about the place and the customer experience. They've put in the effort to fix what needed fixing, and it shows. It's nice to come to a car wash where you don't have to worry about things being broken or wasting your time. If you haven't been here in a while, it's 100% worth giving it another try. The upgrades, cleanliness, and overall experience are way better than before. You can tell they're doing an amazing job and actually listening to their customers.

Keep Moving Roadside said he did have the tire. He wanted to make sure I understood the cost of the tire and the install. The polite young man (sorry! Didn't get your name!) showed up in a timely manner and he was careful and set a mat down so my rim wouldn't he scratched. I made it home the next day on the new tire without incident. Very thankful that this whole incident was relatively pain-free.
