Brought my truck in for an insurance claim to replace the tailgate and bumper. The initial appointment appointment was within a day. Brought it in and 15 minutes later drove off. Once parts were available they scheduled the appointment. They even went for to have my tailgate pre-painted so it was not as long as it would've been otherwise. Communication was great. When I picked up my truck would've thought it was brand new with the way they cleaned it up. Not to mention the service and the quality was impeccable. This place does very poor work. Got my car back from them last week, the alignment had not been done, and there were several large dull spots in the clear coat. Took it back, and they still didn't do the work right. Had to take it back a third time, then just this morning, I noticed more of their shotty work and have just decided to take it somewhere else. As much as I gave Premier a chance to right their wrongs, they still can't get it right. Total amateurs at this body shop. read more

Completed my repair in a timely manner, but left my car a mess on the inside from where they were working. Charged me for a part that they supposedly replaced, but when I got my car back I found the new part still in a package in my trunk. They charged me for it and said it was replaced when it clearly was not. Won't be back. read more

I dropped my truck off to Jason (owner) of Premier collision. We agreed on a price and shook hands. I then made three trips across town to bring in all the parts as we agreed on. I called and checked on the truck after two weeks and he said he needed more parts to continue so I brought those over. I called back two weeks later and said I was coming to look at the truck. At that time Jason informed me that he had not touched the truck. During this time I was paying for a rental out of pocket. His communication was horrible the entire time. It would take 3-4 days to get an email response, if you did get one back. I wouldn't bring a golf cart here to get painted much less a vehicle. These guys are a joke. When asked why he didn't pick up the phone and call me to make me aware of this while spending money on a rental he said he was very busy. Then when I went and picked up my truck and parts he lost a 150$ hood insulator and said he could not find it. Even when provided with a tracking number and a PayPal receipt. If you want to lose your *** go to Premier Collision. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. read more
