I had a windshield…read morereplaced by Blaine himself this morning on a semi truck and in the process of him doing so the guy climbed up onside of the engine and broke off a coolant line. The repair costed me $350 and the owner BLAINE refused to pay for the damages. I spoke with him twice within two hours and he offered me $100 which wouldn't even cover the amount of coolant which is 6 gallons that needed to be replaced. The shop labor and the part alone is over $200. This guy told me he had to ask his manager what to do even though he was the owner. He argued with me about how the cost of repair is too high even though I offered to provide receipts. Needless to say I'm out of $350. First and last time customer. Anyone reading this have been warned. Negative 1 star

He has a mobile service so he comes to your location (in Baton Rouge). We agreed to meet in a parking lot next to the building I work at. Rick is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip. The process took about 20 min including a call to my insurance for a claim #. There was small evidence about the rock chip only if you look carefully. Otherwise, the repair was successful and carries a warranty. I highly recommend Rick and Accurate Windshield Repair. He's professional, reputable and most importantly, a nice person

Monday comes around go in and talk to a woman who said she was the owner... explained to her what happened she said all she could do is refund me for my windshield but while I'm out a tuner prgrammer basically admits to fault with the refund.... her words were my husband has one I know about them and said it was mold underneath the tuner.... it's dust not mold avoid these people can of worms for having a simple window replaced due to no attention of detail or care for someone's property

I have had windshields front windows replaced several times over the years in various vehicles by Baker Glass. You know the feeling when you're driving in Baton Rouge and you hear that flying rock hit your windshield. Unpleasant. At least I know where to get the damage repaired or replaced.
