I don't know about window tinting, but never go here to get an inspection sticker. They have a…read morehistory of having you pay for the inspection sticker (which is non-refundable, even if you fail your inspection) and then failing your inspection because your window tint is too dark. They then recommend their own window tinting service so that your car can get an inspection sticker. I didn't know that this was an issue with this business when I attempted to get an inspection sticker there. (For the record, my car was bought new in Louisiana, had manufacturer's tint, and had never had a problem on inspection for tint in the few years that I had owned it.) When telling people about it, I heard multiple accounts of the same issue, including someone who had gotten their tint done AT Top Shop, who then failed her car because her tint was too dark and then recommended their tinting service to her. When I complained about them failing my totally legal tint, they called me a liar and refused to refund my money. TL;DR: Top Shop is run by freaking thieves. Never go there.
