Now I have been talking to this lady all day and not one time did she mention that her credit card machine was down so that I could bring her cash. They then proceed to tell me that my windshield would be a little higher because mine was an "expensive" windshield. I was aware as she told me this while over the phone because she had multiple windshields in stock and she needed to wait and see which one I needed to see if it would be more or less. I told the lady I would come back and pay when her machine would be back up. Honestly this was her fault because like most Americans I don't carry large sums of cash on my persons. They need to do better with communication in general. And then once she messed up on communication she tried to write down my grandmothers address so she could go get the money from her I was like oh no mam. He has a mobile service so he comes to your location (in Baton Rouge). We agreed to meet in a parking lot next to the building I work at. Rick is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of his work. He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip. The process took about 20 min including a call to my insurance for a claim #. There was small evidence about the rock chip only if you look carefully.
