I had my 2018 Jeep Cherokee already installed with a 12, and needed it UNINSTALLED, because I was trading in my car that day. So, this man named "Bird" or as I will refer too as jackass, took a look at my sub, and already started out with an attitude for whatever reason, ( I was giving him the benefit of the doubt starting off, because maybe he was having a bad day, but whatever.) So, he takes a look at all my wiring, goes back inside, grabs a GIANT PAIR OF RUSTY CLIPPERS, AND PROCEEDED TO CUT ALL OF MY WIRING ATTACHED TO MY SUBS. Now, I'm definitely not an expert by any means whatsoever on de-installation of subwoofers, but I'm pretty damn sure thats the incorrect way to uninstall. I go inside and he doesn't charge me for it (Well, if he even attempted to charge me, theres no way in hell I would have paid for that. (I could have f*cked my whole sub kit up by cutting it at home and youtube) He basically proceeded with his awful and unprofessional attitude, and when I would ask him questions about the kit he would just ignore me and dismiss it. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Never ever EVER AGAIN!!!

    since you have yet to return any of my numerous calls and now send me straight to voicemail I will…read moretake a different route. On Friday the 17th, I had a breathalyzer installed by you. During my 3 hours there I overheard your technician say I broke something twice. Being who I am I wasn't too concerned as long as the car functions. Also It seemed the technician was under stress. So I was being kind and patient. Even blocked out more time from work so he could take his time. Then another technician gets there and things get rolling. Great. He got me set up and I left quickly to go directly to work. Getting in my car the next day I found screws and broken pieces of plastic on the driver side floor board. Again. I thought, my car isn't fancy and is still running so no worries. I did call and let y'all know though so we could address it when I brought it in next. then comes Wednesday evening, as I was driving on the interstate home and the panel to my right fell off and landed on the gas and got stuck there. I pulled the emergency brake and ran off the road and hit a pole (minor damage). My issue is when I called to let y'all know what happened, not one I'm sorry that happened, not one offer to fix what you broke, hell I can't even get a call back now and I get forwarded straight to voicemail. I really hate doing this. I think it's tacky. But you're doing much worse. It has been over a week for you to reach out and acknowledge me. And since I couldn't leave a review on your page I'll post on mine and message you here to try to get your attention. I'll be going to the better business bureau Monday to give them my recordings of and pictures and video of the incident. I would much rather settle this with y'all without having to drag Down your business.Here is a FEW pics I have that I will post as proof. And if you are thinking. Maybe you shouldn't have gotten a dui. You're right. But now I'm doing what I have to do to right my wrong. my situation doesn't mean I deserve this treatment.
