since you have yet to return any of my numerous calls and now send me straight to voicemail I will take a different route. On Friday the 17th, I had a breathalyzer installed by you. During my 3 hours there I overheard your technician say I broke something twice. Being who I am I wasn't too concerned as long as the car functions. Also It seemed the technician was under stress. So I was being kind and patient. Even blocked out more time from work so he could take his time. Then another technician gets there and things get rolling. Great. He got me set up and I left quickly to go directly to work. Getting in my car the next day I found screws and broken pieces of plastic on the driver side floor board. Again. I thought, my car isn't fancy and is still running so no worries. I did call and let y'all know though so we could address it when I brought it in next. then comes Wednesday evening, as I was driving on the interstate home and the panel to my right fell off and landed on the gas and got stuck there. I pulled the emergency brake and ran off the road and hit a pole (minor damage). My issue is when I called to let y'all know what happened, not one I'm sorry that happened, not one offer to fix what you broke, hell I can't even get a call back now and I get forwarded straight to voicemail. I really hate doing this. I think it's tacky. But you're doing much worse. It has been over a week for you to reach out and acknowledge me. And since I couldn't leave a review on your page I'll post on mine and message you here to try to get your attention. I'll be going to the better business bureau Monday to give them my recordings of and pictures and video of the incident. I would much rather settle this with y'all without having to drag Down your business.Here is a FEW pics I have that I will post as proof. And if you are thinking. Great shop to do business with I had them do a remote start alarm on my work truck that turned into them doing a remote start on my girlfriends car that turned into a full system in my girlfriends car.Her car sounds amazing and the kids love the 3 tv's and headphones. My girlfriend says its amazing to leave work after a long stressful day jump in her car and crank it up to her favorite music "Dj digital mix's" I've referred them o a couple buddy's and coworkers and they are also very satisfied with price and quality of work. I would give them no stars! I walked in the other day and was greeted by a blonde haired meat head looking guy. I told him I wanted an in dash navigation system, and then his reply was "I don't know if you want to do that because they start at $600." I hadn't even discussed anything with him. I told him I wasn't concerned about price and he just rolled his eyes at me. So I said a few explatives and left. Never will I return there. I went down the road to another audio installation store and am now getting exactly what I wanted for the $2500.00 I planned to spend. read more

If I could this place no stars I would. Brought my car in to get starter, I brought my own system online cause the price is cheaper. Brought this car in three times, first time couldn't program the bypass cause they couldn't find the right program, the second time I came it and he forgot to tell me he had to reschedule. Had the item install and they said it didn't work. They install it and didn't work now I bought my starter from a authorize seller brand new, had the item install and it didn't work. Now at no time did I sign paper work saying that I would be charge if the system did not work, I talk to one of the owners and we agreed on a price if I bought there system. So okay I agreed on $350 and the other guy wants to charge $450 that's NOT what I agreed on with his partner. This is there problem here, the communication with each other cause the consumer is being told one price and then they owners couldn't agree on the price. I said I would not be paying any fee cause nothing was done to my car I was never made aware of what the fee was if it didn't work. So I refuse to pay $100 for this, Larry even said he would withhold my car for not paying. First of all I sign no paper saying I agreed to this everything even the quote was verbal. At the end got the system taken out and the fee was $100 for nothing done to my car. Or and I didn't pay for the fee, the other owner pay for this out of pocket because they couldn't compromise. At the end Larry made my headlight LED stop working, he even said he did me a "favor". I don't care how I brought my car in and if my lights where working when I brought them in I expect it to work after I get it back, not for a smart ass answer "I did you a favor" if my car caught on fire cause wiring done by another person that's my problem not for his smart ass answer back when this was not how I brought my car in. Larry even forgot to give me back my system after he pull everything out of my car had to was my time to come back and get it. Now this place isn't terrible I'm reasonable if I was told if I brought in my item and it didn't work and sign some paper saying I agreed to this then I would have only me to blame. Perez is reasonable and try to work with me but at this point I was just fed up with miscommunication. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THE WORST SERVICE EVER. read more

I recently leased a new ILX and was looking to have 10 inch sub and amp installed, that would look and sound clean and complement the factory system and that could easily be removed and installed in my next car once the lease was up, and I also wasn't looking to spend too much on it. After speaking with the owner he recommended my current set-up, which is a 10' Memphis BR sub in a ported box with a Memphis mini amp, he promised it would be a clean set-up that would sound great and he delivered exactly what I was looking for at the price that he originally quoted me which was very reasonable and refreshing, as in my experience with other shops in the past, the price would usually end up being much higher than originally quoted once the work was finally done. Besides being impressed with the low cost, the setup was very well done and they manged to neatly tuck the speaker box in the back of my trunk with the amp mounted on top, which left plenty of usable space in my trunk for luggage or anything else. The sub delivers the crisp bass I was looking for and they also added a bass knob that is hidden next to the steering column so I have quick, easy access to control the bass while driving. Overall I was very impressed by the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable car audio work done by true professionals who take pride in their work and deliver what they promise. read more
