If you're a "brick and mortar" store moaning about the death of your business, you need to go over to David's Car Stereo to take some lessons!!! These folks do it RIGHT!!! I'm simply amazed that there aren't hundreds of positive reviews here on Yelp before mine! I phoned yesterday to check on getting a new radio and perhaps some speakers in my Toyota Tundra and from the moment that the young man answered the phone I knew that I had called the right place. He said "Hello, David's Car Stereo, may I help you?" and I could actually understand what he said (UNlike SO many other businesses around here) and it actually sounded like he was enthused about helping me and that I wasn't *bothering* him (again, UNlike too many other businesses around here!). He also checked their inventory to make absolutely sure that they had all of the small pieces and parts and the adapter for the installation already in stock so that I wouldn't waste a trip! When I arrived, they explained the different options and gave me some very competitive prices, so I picked out a new radio and let them have my keys. I was AMAZED that in a VERY short amount of time, they had my old radio out, they had installed the new radio and had buttoned the dash up. The man then explained that they had tested the speakers and although they probably would enjoy being able to sell me better speakers, the factory speakers were holding up quite well and that they would leave that decision to me. (How many *other* places would let you go without trying to sell you speakers too?) The man also sat in the truck with me and explained the Bluetooth, the SiriusXM, the hands-free phone, and all of the buttons, their functions, and how to program most anything that I wanted with the radio before he let me take the truck. Hands down, the best car stereo installation experience that I've ever had, and my wife and I have owned a LOT of vehicles! I HIGHLY recommend David's for your car / truck / SUV. read more

Porsche Carrera 911 brought to Davids for Stereo upgrade. Dropped by with car before leaving country for a week . Staff was very helpful in making sure the system I purchased was the right one for me . Job was done and it looks and sounds great. They even were kind enough to keep car garaged till I returned stateside. When I went to pick it up Lewis spent plenty of his time going over the operation, settings, features, etc . To me , it's quite complicated lol, he knew his product and did a great job running me through the basics and beyond. I was assured that if I had problems, concerns or questions not to hesitate to call or drop by . I'm enjoying my new system and recommend Davids and their first class staff to anyone . I selected David's Car Stereo after talking with family and friends and doing a little research on the Internet. Although I didn't know it at the time, I was being helped by the owners themselves in making my radio decisions. No high pressure or anything like it, just straight information. I purchased a Pioneer and it was installed that day. It was installed into a 2004 Suburban, and made it seem like new again. They taught my wife and I how to navigate through the screens, to play CD's, use the backup camera feature, SiriusXM, and many other things. They even offered to help any time there was a problem, such as forgetting how to do something or navigate screens. So I had a truck with a Bose system and wanted a louder cleaner sound. I replaced all the door speakers the head unit and added subs. I am amazed how well it sounds. I could not be happier with the turn out. Customer service is great! Mrs Brenda is very knowledgeable about her job and will not let you leave until your happy with everything. One of the things I liked most about Davids car stereo is they do not try and rip you off!!! If anything Brenda will do what she can to make your pocket hurt a little less! Needing a backup camera for my car, I turned to David's and they persevered through every problem that arose from shipping dates to misgiven info from the manufacturer. David, Brenda, and Louis were professional, constantly communicated with me and did a perfect installation. Brenda called a few days after the installation to make sure everything was working fine.
