I've come to this place twice for tint twice the first time I dropped my car off they didn't tint it at all. They claimed they accidentally took another car similar to mine and didn't have time. Today I had a 10:30 am appointment I called around 3:30pm to check and was placed on hold long enough to drive over there. when I arrived they were smoking weed and my car was not finished. My car wasn't finished until 5pm. I was also charged $207 total for tint. This place is not the same as the other mobile tint and audio chains they make their own prices and no covid-19 measures are being taken. They don't wear mask and they also don't require customers to wear mask. read more

I got my car tinted not so long ago, looks great after 5 days, bubbles are dried evenly and make sure you make an appointment!!! I was prioritized since I had an appointment for their first hour and (sorry) 4 other cars were behind mine waiting. I have had the worst experiences here and given the run around each time I point out obvious problems. The first time I got my windows tinted here there were air bubbles in every window and I was told to give it two weeks to fully dry, but the air bubbles were obvious and also the tint was not pushed back all the way in the corner windows and when I asked why I was told by the guy "well they make cuts for that but it's harder to put on". After two weeks I took my car back, it was raining that day... my car sat from 9:30am until after 1pm when I called myself to ask if my car was ready I was told by a lady that they can't remove tint in the rain, but none of the male employees told me that when I dropped it off and told them why so that was aggravating. So this now being the third time I took my car to get stripped and retinted there are two big air bubbles in my two of my windows, the back window was not redone at all, and another window the tint was cut too short. I came back to show him these issues I was told that they didn't redo my back window because they didn't see anything wrong with it.. even though it's full of air bubbles, the window that was cut too short I was told it's because my "window track/motor wasn't as tight as it was before" and that "tint isn't designed to look at from the outside only the inside" he proceeded to roll down the window and shake it and followed the same on the other 3 and they all did the same, but yet those windows the tint was not short. Also when I showed the original problems before it was retinted i stated to please have it done correctly I didn't want to have any issues this time and I was told "well shit happens" which is completely inappropriate. And today when I was given the run around about the same issues I was cursed and he walked away like a child throwing a tantrum. Sloan was great and explained all the options for re-tinting my BMW. There was some bubbling in the rear window from a previous company, who claimed it was out of warranty due to "illegal film %".
