However, the repair didn't work (sometimes they don't) and my windshield cracked 2 weeks later. Safelite backed their reputation and immediately scheduled a windshield replacement! They were able to send a mobile service to my home. Tylor was AWESOME! Very professional and very polite! When he wasn't able to recalibrate the sensors, he scheduled me to go to the shop a couple days later to do the recalibration. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and taken care of quickly! To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass.
