--- Subject:…read moreUnacceptable Scheduling Miscommunication To whom it may concern, I was specifically instructed to be in Baton Rouge for an 11:00 AM appointment on 07/05 I drove three hours from Lake Charles to arrive on time, only to be informed upon arrival by Capital Grass that I had simply been placed in a "window." I want to make it clear that I was never told anything about a time window--I was given a specific time, and I adjusted my schedule and traveled accordingly. I normally don't voice complaints, but this level of miscommunication is absolutely unacceptable. Respectfully, Michael Richardson

In the end they did a spectacular job with this door and their charge was very reasonable. Thank you, Capital Glass for a great, affordable price.

Even more important than the competitive price was that I had no trouble contacting someone at the office and they always called back promptly. I could tell from the start that their customer service would be great. The windows were tinted and the shower door was installed earlier than the timeframe that was originally quoted, which was great. After couple of days after the shower was installed we found a small problem. We called Lita at Custom Accents and her and the owner were there the next morning. Less than a week later, a new shower door was installed with no trouble. The customer service was on point throughout the whole process and our shower door is beautiful. I highly recommend Custom Accents and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Joey E
