I want to make it clear that I was never told anything about a time window--I was given a specific time, and I adjusted my schedule and traveled accordingly. To put this into context, my father had made from old cypress and had put lots of hand made touches on it. In addition, my mother had created a beautiful leaded glass piece to go into the door. To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass.
