I want to make it clear that I was never told anything about a time window--I was given a specific time, and I adjusted my schedule and traveled accordingly. I normally don't voice complaints, but this level of miscommunication is absolutely unacceptable. Respectfully, Michael Richardson

He explained the process involved and provided a little bit of knowledge about a glass windshield, how they are laminated, and what layer was actually damaged by the rock chip.
