This Christian based shop was a true answer to our prayers! Traveling from Texas we discovered…read moreright over the Louisiana state line the engine oil cap had not been replaced by a company who had changed the oil. The engine was a mess along with undercarriage and wheel hubs. We were relieved to call R&S Auto and hear a friendly voice say he absolutely could help us. He even offered to wait for us to get there if after his closing time. We arrived and they got right to work. They went above and beyond a simple clean - engine, undercarriage up on a rack, electrical... all of it. They made sure levels were good to help us have a safe journey. We were back on the road in no time with a renewed peace of mind. Economical service even for this special request. Highly recommend this company for whatever auto issues or needs you may be having. It is clear they are in the business to help people.

Buyer beware, 7/29/2026…read more I took my vehicle to Take 5 for nothing more than a routine oil change. Before the service, my vehicle had no warning lights and was driving perfectly. The moment I left the parking lot, my oil warning light came on. Seconds later, the EPC warning light came on, and my vehicle began hesitating and struggling to accelerate past approximately 35 mph. This created a serious safety concern. I immediately returned to the shop and explained what happened. The technician reset the warning lights and added more oil, but the problem was not fixed. As soon as I left again, both warning lights returned and my vehicle continued to hesitate while accelerating. A simple oil change should never result in warning lights and a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive. I am now faced with the inconvenience, stress, and potential expense of having my vehicle inspected after a service that should have been routine. I have reported this incident to Take 5 Corporate and expect a thorough investigation and resolution. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I sincerely hope Take 5 takes responsibility if their service caused these issues
