When I first took it to them, I told them that my whole front in shakes since the wreck. Well my van was there over a month for them to only change the bumper. I picked my van up and the van runs horribly, worse then it did when I dropped it off to the body shop. Then my Husband noticed that the bumper is held on with zip ties. My husband calls the body shop and a man told him they had to zip tie it because that bumper isn't for my van, they "couldn't find" the right one for my van. Now I got parts that doesn't belong on my van and I'm nervous the van is gonna fall apart while driving. Never in my life will I bring another vehicle to them!!

The salesman was working two deals at once therefore no time to show me details of this new truck. He did pair my phone to this truck but could tell he does not know the Toyota Tacoma Product. It was not too long after this purchase bought another 2025 Tacoma truck from Hixson Toyota. A way better deal, now I have two 2025 Toyota Tacoma's ! Bubba Oustalet Toyota , walk into the show room floor is like dead issue. No smiles, no hellos, I did what I had to do and got out of there quickly as possible! Another things i thought was very strange about them was full of empty promises when asked hard questions about the differences of a Tacoma SR and an SR5 Truck. Also do you know the speed odometer is off three miles an hour which messes the whole cluster on telling you the correct speeds. Cruise Control set speed, Odometer, and actual speeds are all different! I took it into Lake Charles Toyota for an evaluation and was told that this calibration 3-4 miles an hour off is within the Toyota s specifications. Now I know how to operate thru Jefferson Davis Parish without getting a speeding ticket!! I feel that these are legit questions, need to be answered by the salesperson in a timely manner. Instead was always told he was in the middle of a sale, he would get back with me. He never did until I talked with the GM there. Only then I received a BULL dookie E-MAIL from him about if I need help just get in touch and that he was promoted! I suggest have a buy a vehicle without a salesperson like self-checkouts !

The couple who owns the business were very accommodating as let me put down a deposit while I waited for the insurance check to come in so I could pay the balance. These were the things I found wrong after purchasing it: 2 broken window regulators, 2 HVAC door mode actuators broken, air leak caused by incorrectly installed windshield, 3/4 of the speakers did not work and all door panels had plastic weld defects. My contract and IOU said they owed me an oil change and a rear windshield replacement. Also, said no warranty, which I didn't know meant "sold as-is" until now. I bought the car for $6800 and they would not budge to meet me at the kelly blue book value of $6300. I've already put $120 into repairs. I'm estimating $500 when I'm finished fixing everything. The company refuses to fix anything or reimburse me for the parts I've replaced myself. Even after Facebook and Youtube embarrassment! 50 days later, I'm still waiting on my rear windshield to be ordered and replaced. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at either of the 2 Bubba Oustalet stores in Jennings, Louisiana. They are shady, ignorant people and are uneducated about the products they sale and handle. The only people worth your time who's employed by that company are the people not in suits i.e. mechanics.
