Do not trust this Jiffy Lube location with your vehicle. After servicing my car, they failed to reinstall the splash guard bolt and instead tried to pass off a zip tie as a "repair." That is not only careless it's unsafe and completely unacceptable for any professional automotive service provider. When I brought this to their attention, they initially agreed to pay for the proper repair. However, when it was time to take responsibility, they refused to follow through. To make matters worse, my interaction with the shop manager, Cee, was beyond unprofessional. She was hostile, raised her voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner over the phone. No customer should ever be treated like that especially when the issue was caused by their own poor workmanship. I had no choice but to take my vehicle to Honda to have the repair done correctly! This experience shows a clear lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. I strongly caution anyone considering this location what seems like a simple service could turn into a costly and frustrating situation. read more

I brought my brand new truck for it's very first oil change to this Jiffy Lube. It didn't have a single scratch on it...the paint job was still factory-flawless. The service Tech pulled the truck into the bay and promptly banged a dent into the driver's side door as he was getting out of the truck. BEWARE: They have a metal podium installed in the bay right where a door will hit the podium if they're not very careful. It wouldn't surprise me if this happens regularly. The dent on my door was bad enough to remove paint all the way to the metal. At first, they didn't even bring it to my attention. LACKING INTEGRITY! I paid my bill and was about to leave, but the dent was glaringly obvious as I approached the truck. I pointed it out to the service manager. He talked to the Tech who seemed to know that he caused the dent. Their service manager called their boss who said they'd pay for it...all I needed to do was provide an estimate or receipt from a body shop. I provided the receipt, yet here we are...several months later and I haven't received payment for the repairs. They haven't made much effort to contact me. Apparently they've changed managers a few times since the incident, so I've had to explain the incident again to a new manager more than once. Recently, they said they mailed a payment for the repair, but I never received it. When I asked which address they sent it to, they said it went to an address they had on file...in Texas. Keep in mind, we're in Louisiana. They never bothered to ask for my current address. I haven't lived at that address in Texas for nearly 20 years. When I asked if they could cancel that check and re-send it to my current address, the most recent manager gave several reasons why they couldn't do it. Apparently, to get this resolved, now I have to personally spend my time talking with heir corporate office. It's as if they've tried very hard to screw up their customer service as many ways as they possibly can. By the way, after they pulled the truck into the bay and started the service, they approached me for the standard up-sell routine. I declined all of their BS add-on services. When they told me the price for the oil change, it sounded expensive. While they were doing the job, I called the Ford dealership down the road for an estimate for an oil change. Surprisingly, the dealership's price was $30 cheaper....probably for better, more accurate service...and much lower chance of getting the truck damaged! Needless to say, I'll never bring my truck to them again, and I'll tell as many people as possible to avoid them as well. I may edit my post if they ever make good on their responsibility and their promise to pay for the damage they caused to my vehicle. read more

Company vehicle needed an oil change, The service Bay Area was very clean and inviting. Kirk was professional, and took care of my vehicle and while servicing my vehicle, was able to assist two other customers one came in with tire pressure issue, he took care of her as a courtesy and she was on her way. The DM Ralph arrived and jumped in to help. In addition to his attention to safety, DM was able to prevent an inattentive customer from damaging his vehicle and the store property. Both hwy 14 and gerstner locations have been very disappointing. I have been at both locations TWICE and was turned away for stupid excuses. A lunch break at 3 but they close at 4 (on a Sunday) that didn't make any since to me, the other didn't have the equipment necessary to do an OIL CHANGE on a ALTIMA seriously ? Isn't that your business ! That's like Burger King running out of burgers. BOTH didn't have an inspector though I went the hours your suppose to go for an inspection! I have never been a jiffy lube customer and now i never will be! I will be going to Dons on tomorrow when they reopen. read more

I've been here twice and had a great experience both times. Service is quick and everyone is very friendly.

I have been coming to this location for awhile now. It's close to work, and they are always really fast. Today was no exception. The staff is friendly and they are never pushy with routine services that you need from time to time. I like being treated like a 5 star patron and they give that same service to everyone that comes in. That same service does not end when your welcomed in, but continues as they open your car door for you and bid you goodbye. Though I have used other competitor's in the past in a pinch, I always love coming to this one. Thanks guys for another fast servicing of my Yaris and keeping my car running great! read more

AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID! These guys are nothing but scammers. They tried adding $39 to my bill without telling me. When I confronted them about it, I was told it was to top off my fluids!! $39 just to top off my fluids? that didnt even include the oil and filter!! They even attempted to tell me I could not get an oil change without adding the $39 to top the fluids off. I dont know why a bunch of clowns think they can trick a girl. I left without getting the oil change. In fact, I went to walmart and got a full synthetic oil change for $55+tax. At jiffy lube, they wanted $140 for full synthetic. jiffy lube is just one big fraud and waste of time. Those guys at this particular jiffy lube are losers for trying to scam me. read more

Service for me has been great at this location. Many places in the area refuse to service my BMW and can be difficult to have a oil change and filter done smoothly. Brandi and the crew made the process simple. I brought in my oil had them perform the service and change the filter. $31 bucks is a deal for an oil change on a german car.
