Went in for an oil change and they were very professional and made it a seemless, easy process. I will definitely be going back!

I went to dons today with my fiance's truck, while the oil change was prompt and to my knowledge…read moredone correctly I have a serious issue with the car wash and general manager Bill Humphrey. The vehicle went through the car was where the truck bed side step was torn off odd the vehicle and the truck received a 5 in scratch near the drivers side tail light. They reviewed the tape and are stating they are no liable when it was plainly clear that the scratch was not there prior. The side step had a small crack so their answer was previous damage caused the issue and they are again not liable. I was asked to leave the premises they would not give me a way to contact the owner and asked me to call after I had left. I get home with the vehicle and calmed down a bit and notice there is a piece missing from the gauge cover that was laying on the floor. There was nothing wrong at all with the gauge cover prior to their detailing. I will be steering clear of Don's for any and all services from here on out. And suggest that everyone else do the same.

I paid $30 for a car detail now, let me give you THE details. The quality is NOT worth the price…read more My side view mirrors are streaked like the wiping towel was dirty. In direct sunlight the front windshield is hazy and streaked also! I lifted the tailgate and the inside area was still dirty. I am a Don's member but the Ryan Street location is a definite DO NOT go. They need to exchange dirty towels for clean towels between cars. I even left a tip! Here's a TIP for my fellow YELPers, keep driving to another car wash.

Delta World Tire - Tire gauge out center console

    Delta World Tire

I went in for some maintenance and noticed my tire gauge was out my center console so I open it and…read morerealized 90% of my change and a lot of 1's and 2 5's where completely gone. Watch your stuff if you go here... absolutely won't be back even know the guy at the desk was super nice and helpful don't trust there mechanics.

My experience with Delta World Tire on Lake St has been completely disappointing. Earlier this year…read moreit was time for a new set of tires. I've been going to Pumpelly's for years with no complaints but decided to check to see if I could get a better price somewhere else. Delta World was slightly less expensive and had more convenient hours of operation. I looked at the reviews, and they were very good. So, I decided to give them a try. I went in on a Saturday. There were only 2 people ahead of me. I was there for about 3 hours. I think that's a little long. Eventually, one of the mechanics came out and told me they were having trouble finding some tool but that they had now found it and they would be finished soon. Once they were finally finished, I headed home. My steering wheel started shaking as I got up to about 60mph and that had never happened before. By this time, they were closed for the day, so I called them first thing Monday morning to tell them about it. They told me to bring it in that afternoon and they would look at it, so I did. Another mechanic that had not been there when the tires were put on came out to let me know that I had a bent rim. He explained that the bent rim had been put in the front and that was why my steering wheel was shaking. He also said the mechanics that put my tires on were still in training and had unknowingly put the bent rim in the back of the car. So, he went to fix the problem. As I waited, I thought, Pumpelly's never said I had a bent rim in all the 6 years I've been bringing my car (this car) to them. So, I figured they just made sure the bent rim was always in the back. In hindsight, and knowing what I know now, it seems much more likely that the mechanics at Delta World tire bent my rim and didn't want to take responsibility for it. My steering wheel was no longer shaking and I was oblivious to what really happened. I got one of those emails from Delta World Tire asking about my experience and at the time, the only complaint I had was how long I had to sit and wait for them to put my tires on. So, they offered me, I think, a $50 discount on my next visit. But this is not automatic. I mean, you know me good enough to email me, but you can't just put this "discount" in your system so that it is automatically put on my next visit? No, I have to do something, I don't even remember what in order to validate it or something. We're all busy and I'm guessing this is just a way to possibly not have to actually give this "discount" because I had sure forgotten about it when I went back several months later for an oil change and tire rotation. So, I feel like I'm being proactive when I explain to the guy at the counter that I need an oil change and tire rotation but that I've got a bent rim and to please be sure that it stays in the back so that my steering wheel doesn't start shaking again. Well, he looked at me like I had 2 heads!! So, I tried to explain to him all that had happened at my first visit there and he tried to blow me off and said that the only way my tires could be rotated would be to put the bent rim in the front which would cause my steering wheel to shake again. Now I'm the one that is very confused. So, I tried again to explain and that's when I began to realize that my rim, most likely was bent by them. I was very aggravated and said to just do the oil change. I paid full price because I forgot about the "discount" that should automatically be put on my account and left after my oil change was done. Then I get another email from Delta World asking about my visit. So, I told them everything I'm telling you here. They replied that they were sorry I was not satisfied and would give me a $50 "discount" on my next visit...if I do whatever it is I'm supposed to do to activate it or whatever. I emailed back that I thought that was pretty pathetic considering what all had happened. They emailed back to see if I wanted to speak with a manager and I said sure. Get a call from the manager, the same guy that looked at me like I had 2 heads. Now he's back peddling and apologizing about not looking into my situation more...whatever. So, I go to Pumpelly's and tell them what happened. They look at my car and explain that I will need a new (or in my case, a new to me) rim, but for the time being, they will at least switch out my 2 back tires....AT NO CHARGE I will never go anywhere but Pumpelly Tires ever again. Keep in mind that when I bought the tires at Delta World Tire, it comes with free tire rotation as long as I have those tires. Unfortunately, I am learning a very expensive lesson because not only do I have to buy a rim for my car, I will be paying for Pumpelly to do all of my tire rotations because I will never go to Delta World Tire again. So, Delta World Tire, if you wanna make this right, you will replace the rim you bent and pay Pumpelly's for my tire rotations as long as I have your tires. And, no, your $50 "discount" will not fix any of this :(
