It's hard to believe but we literally spent thousands of dollars with them for what ultimately was half a day of mediocre care. We're reporting them to the BBB and will look into other ways to hold this company accountable for gross incompetence and financially abusing families who hired them to help manage the care of their loved one, only to be met with severe incompetence on providing basic professionalism. This company charged hundreds of dollars and hour for Anne's "support" while she lacked basic competence. They ultimately charged us thousands of dollars to "vet" caregivers. They supposedly spent dozens of billing hours "researching", "vetting" and "training" caregivers only to come up empty handed with either no available caregivers or caregivers that didn't meet the basic requirements we asked for. The caregivers that did actually show up up were totally clueless to our needs. Their inadequacy was glaring. Anne and the company should be ashamed of themselves.
