Our garage door opener stopped working after being hit by lightning,…read moreand since the opener is about 25 years old, we weren't sure whether it made sense to repair or replace. He took the time to look everything over and clearly explained all of our options. He told us we could try to replace the board but could not guarantee it would fix the problem, what our cost would be if we purchased a new opener ourselves and had him install it, and also gave us an option for a complete new system that he recommended and could install. I appreciated there was absolutely no pressure. He was honest, knowledgeable, kind, and very professional, and gave us the information we needed to make the decision that was best for us. It's refreshing to deal with someone who takes the time to explain everything and doesn't just try to sell you the most expensive option. Best of all, from the time we made the call to him to a new garage door opener being installed was under 4 hours! We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing garage door service.
