He arrived on time, answered all our questions and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Steve took measurements and provided a clear estimated time of delivery, which was a couple of days earlier than expected. We truly appreciated that. Highly recommend! Our door was installed then on 23 September 2024, and we could not be more pleased with the service. the installer, Jordan, arrived right on time, was incredibly polite, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after himself. He walked us through exactly what he was going to do, explaining the process in detail, keeping us informed at every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We genuinely appreciated Jordan's professionalism and attention to detail. The value for the service and the product are worth it! We highly recommend Overhead Door for anyone needing a garage door!

He did this at the end of Dec. 2025, and about mid Jan. 2026, he came back to install insulation. I told him about the opening, and I told him I thought the door needed adjustment he said I need a new seal on the outside he gave me a price of $240.00 I agreed he said he would be back next week and do it. I didn't see or hear from him for three weeks, so I called him. He told me he was too busy and he would call when he had time, as of Feb.10, 2026. He didn't call, so I called another door company. They came and adjusted the door. They told me I didn't need a seal, but it cost me $375.00, plus tax, and also, Monty didn't have enough tension on the spring. Because the door would come down when disconnected from the motor.

I've been having a challenging time getting someone to come out to my home to do some repair work with the "prep your house for Masters season" in full swing...I see you slapping your knee, ha! Moving along, I gave Rick a call based on a recommendation from another company who couldn't meet the timeline we needed the repairs done. To me, that says a lot about a person. His competitors are supplying him with business, so now their reputation is on the line too. Rick was great about following up with me and scheduling the work within a few days. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and got right to work. While I don't know the technicalities of repairing a door frame, I do know about people skills and apparently he has both. He was patient with my daughter when she rushed over almost touching the wet paint, he was friendly and polite. Overall, I'm very pleased with his work and appreciate that he asked for feedback before he left. Working with the general public isn't always easy and you have to possess specific qualifications to come into a stranger's home and put them at ease. Thank you for your craftsmanship and good conversation! I would highly recommend Rick and hire him again.
