Collin and his associate arrived right on time and after looking at my wooden door, they told me that a metal replacement would not be the best Idea since it could weigh down the roof and possibly cause more damage! His associate then told me of a carpenter that could replace my wooden doors, even though none of my other estimates had even mentioned that. I thought it was the best thing that I was able to make an appointment on Friday afternoon with service the next day without any problem ! Bill Rodd - Lead Technician - was at my house within 30 minutes of my calling at a little before 7:00 on a Saturday night. He gave me three estimates and all were very reasonable for what they entailed. I selected the second option and Bill went right to work. He was professional, personable, and extremely efficient. Do not use them! We had a technician come out and he said it would cost over $1700. We decided to get a second opinion and the only thing that was broken was a spring that cost $200! They tried to rip us off and get us to redo the whole entire garage door, door opener and track. read more

It cost me over $650.00 to replace 6 automatic garage door rollers with associated parts. Ridiculous ! I was also told that a service call would be $50.00. When the service tech got here it was $65.00. Every complaint you read about this company is the same issue. They overcharge. I called Precision Garage Door this morning to have my garage door cable repaired and made an appointment. I was told that a technician would arrive between noon and 2 PM. At 11:15 AM, the technician called to say he would be running a little late but expected to be here between 1 and 2 PM. I told him that was fine, it was not an emergency. Ten minutes later their office called to tell me that they had a scheduling problem. I told them the technician had just called and he would be here between 1 and 2. They put me on hold for several minutes and then told me that everything was OK and apologized for keeping me on hold for so long. I told them it was not a problem and hung up. By 4 PM, I called them back as the technician had not arrived yet any I had not been contacted about this delay. I was told that they had decoded that they could not provide service to me and that my account has been flagged "by management". They could not tell me why they could not provide service. So, they not only decided not to fix my garage door for some unknown reason (smells like discrimination to me), they didn't even have the common decency to contact me and tell me they weren't coming. I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. read more

Had a few issues with the garage door at our business. The guys from Precision came out quickly and assessed the issue same day. I love that they worked around our schedule to figure out a time to do the repair work that wouldn't conflict with business. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgable.
