That's fine and dandy but exactly how do you plan on obtaining new work after you're done with the backlog? Ridiculous. We had to postpone the fence installation several times because we were waiting for patio and turf to be completed by someone else. Ryan was incredibly understanding and easy to work with. His team was phenomenal. Justin and his team installed the fence and worked closely with us making sure the 3 gates were placed exactly where we wanted them. He even asked for our input on which direction the door swung. I can't say enough about this fantastic company. They are honest, professional and have integrity. Please be sure you do your research. One of the companies we got a quote from uses Home Depot supplies and fencing but DOESN'T tell you. His quote made no sense and when I questioned his numbers, they changed. We called multiple times no call back and left multiple voicemails to pay the second half on a different card. no answer. they blamed it on not listening to voicemails and it takes too long to listen to 30 voicemails....anyways. so they charged the same credit card without reaching out to us. the remainder amount which we did not approve so just know that they hold onto your credit card and run your card without contacting you. Also, they don't use work trucks and they go to your house in a U-Haul. Slightly ghetto.
