Every time I ask for payment, I'm told there is no money available, while new projects continue to be taken on. It feels like funds from new clients are being used elsewhere instead of paying outstanding work. On top of that, the quality of the work is later blamed on the installer to avoid paying, which is completely unfair and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this person to be very cautious and make sure payment terms are clear and respected before starting any job. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I worked with this person and completed installation jobs, but I have still not been paid. From my experience, it seems like money from new clients is being used to cover older jobs, leaving no funds available to pay the people who actually did the work. This creates constant delays and excuses when it comes to payment. On top of that, when it's time to pay, the quality of the work is unfairly blamed on the installer as an excuse to avoid paying. I strongly recommend being very careful before doing business with this person. Make sure you have clear payment terms and don't rely on promises.

So when I walked into Fovaama Rugs and Carpets in Scarsdale, NY, with an urgent need -- an 8-foot round rug for one of our toddler classrooms, needed right away -- I wasn't sure what to expect. We were in the final stretch of preparing for the new school year, with our new families arriving this week to meet their teacher and tour the classroom before their little ones begin. From the moment I arrived, the owner welcomed me with genuine warmth and immediate, professional attention. Just four hours later, I left with a beautiful 8-foot carpet for our circle area -- the heart of a Montessori classroom, where children gather each day. Our staff was overjoyed, and it looks absolutely beautiful in the room. I had come in simply looking for something modern, durable, and easy to clean, but I was genuinely moved by the artistry all around me -- stunning oriental, hand-knotted, and hand-woven rugs, a remarkable collection of Persian pieces, and flooring of every kind. What stayed with me most, though, was how it felt to be cared for by someone who clearly takes such pride in their work. Working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. It's rare to find a business that combines this level of craftsmanship with such kindness and integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend this family-owned and family-run business -- and I'll be returning for years to come. Write a message...

Abraham and his team were a pleasure to work with professional, responsive, and committed to great customer service throughout the entire process. As a woman managing a renovation project on my own, it can sometimes be challenging working with contractors, but I felt completely comfortable and respected working with this team. Communication was clear, and they were always willing to listen and collaborate. I've since brought them back for additional work in my basement, laundry room, and office, which speaks to the level of trust they've built. Their team is skilled across the board--cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and painting and they handle it all efficiently. What really stood out is their integrity. Even when minor issues came up, they addressed them without hesitation and made things right--no pushback, just solutions. Abraham himself is especially kind, respectful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Renzi Home Improvement for anyone looking for quality work and a reliable team.
