Bill listened to my concerns and immediately began to educate me on how to determine if the floor was installed the right way and how I would be able to correct what had been done. Bill was genuinely interested in making sure I had the right information about tiles, the installation process and different techniques to get the best results. In the end, I had to remove everything down to the subfloor but I am so happy that I did because I will now avoid years of continuously having to repair a bad floor. Bill worked with me to pick the best floor tile for the design and price I wanted. He also met with my new contractor to make sure the floor would be installed correctly. We love our old house and wanted to preserve its charm as much as we could. Bruce was knowledgeable, respectful of our house, offered us multiple options so we are comfortable with the work. Bruce was the only one who found the tile that works. Raul took the plan to perfection. The tile work and grout repair work were seamless. He made sure that everything was leak-free and looked great.
