I moved to a new co-op building and needed to replace the horrible parquet flooring. The building does not permit the removal of the old flooring so Ken recommended Luxury Vinyl Planking for the rooms except for the bedrooms where I wanted carpeting. I worked with Kathy Judd. While it was a little difficult with the supply chain issues, we were able to find a beautiful LVP and carpet. Installation was great and I couldn't be happier with the LVP and carpet.
