I had damage to the lock mechanism of the rear of a Subaru wagon, which prevented it from locking. The nice service guy asked if I was concerned with appearance or just wanted it to lock. Really, I just want it to lock. He got a hammer and a mallet, took apart the back panel and pounded it out until the lock was cleared. I was super surprised when he did not charge me!! He even gave me a general estimate on rust repairs (more than I paid for the car!!). I am SO happy I asked a long time resident where to go in Warsaw! Crouse's friendly and helpful staff has won my business. The experience certainly was a bright spot in my week.

I responded to received advertisement offering free winter inspection. I was "on the alert mode" during the process, due to behavior of 2 man working in the front/office. As presented on attached estimate, I was informed that my car needs a replacement of rear breaks with the routers. Provided cost for this job was $512.71. Later I verified price for the parts if I would choose to move forward, which is approximately $170. I checked condition of my brakes with 2 other shops resulting in the same evaluation: all my brakes are in perfect condition (almost new}. 2nd issue presented to me was leak from Valve Cover Gasket. Replacement of that gasket was priced for $712.77. I check that cost with other shop. Quoted price was $200. Ironically my car didn't need that job as well. The mechanic "doing this inspection" sprayed some fluid excessively, to provide visual evidence. Afterword I monitored level of my oil, especially after longer trips. The level of my oil was and is perfect. After cleaning the fluid sprayed by Skiles Automotive mechanic, there are no more stains under my hood. One of the mechanics re-inspecting my car expressed " that this is outrage and insult to the industry". I agree with 1,000% intensity. I don't know how many people in this shop are involved in this stilling. I had dealing with 3 workers: Joey Garcia ; Service Advisor, Tim Wrightsman : Service Advisor and the mechanic. I am expressing my very sincere compassion to those who were taking advantage off by those "crooks". I would not feel save even park my car there.

When we purchased our Mach-E from a local dealer, we had trouble finding a Ford Connected Charger…read more As a retired IT person, I learned that when it comes to electronics, it is best to only have one vendor to deal with, in this case, FORD. We located a charger at Auto Park Ford and their parts department agreed to sell the only one they had to us, even though we were not their regular customer, and the Ford chargers were hard to find. Recently the car showed a fault, and the charger would stop charging shortly after being plugged in. Research revealed that Ford had stopped shipping their chargers right after we received ours due to the fact that they showed a fault and stop charging, the same problem we were now experiencing near the end of our warranty period. I contacted Auto Park Ford Parts. They quickly found the record of the original purchase and then sent us a replacement charger under the warranty. They also reimbursed us for the electrician's charges to install it. If we lived closer to Bremen, IN, Auto Park Ford would be our choice in car dealers.

We will never go back, never recommend and will tell discount tire they shouldn't be recommending them! They did NOTHING to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about the crew over at Precision Painting, except that they are…read moreworth a pilgrimage if that's what it takes to use them. These guys are like Unicorns: they're pure pros -- and honest, to boot. My wife took our new (to us) 2002 Travel Supreme there on her way home from Seattle from picking it up. She picked it up in Seattle, WA and began driving back to the D.C. area, where we live. Somewhere around Devil's Tower, the "new" coach developed a windshield pop-out problem for which the 2001-2008 Travel Supremes are famous (infamous). The issue is one I knew about in advance, and so I wasn't surprised and I knew what had to be done. I'd planned to deal with it here, but the way things played out that wasn't an option. Now, having dealt with Precision Painting, I'm really glad the problem cropped up when it did! After checking the RV boards online -- see http://www.irv2.com/forums/f274/cross-bracing-windshield-in-a-travel-supreme-89247-5.html -- I decided to see if we could get into Precision Painting to get the requisite x-bracing work done. I wasn't optimistic, but I thought I'd try. To my utter amazement, they got my wife in -- in August, peak RV season -- the day she arrived in Bremen. She arrived after COB, but the shop manager came back & let her in the facility to park (camp) there overnight. Then, he & his crew showed up the next morning at 5 a.m. (!) and began working to get the job done and her back on the road. They treated her like she was their own wife, sister or daughter. With courtesy, respect and like a friend in from out of town. At the end, they presented us a bill that was half what it would have cost me to get the same work done on the east coast. And, from everything I've read about them in the RV forum for Travel Supremes, I know the work is done right, because they're experts at RVs and are known to have engineered a solution to this particular problem that works. In sum, they bent over backward, they got the job done and right and they charged me the same price they'd have charged if I made an appointment way in advance even thought they squeezed us in and worked around the clock to get the job done and my wife back on the road.
