They wasted hours of my time and quite frankly offended me.  I called Bremen Auto Park Ford the night before and confirmed with them the car I was looking to acquire was available. I notified them I would be stopping by for a test drive in the morning and would be looking to purchase assuming no issues on the test drive. This morning, I drove over an hour to the dealership to test drive the car and then told the salesman I would like to buy the car right now. After sitting around waiting for 30 minutes I am informed they just sold it to someone else over the phone.  No apology or anything, they just told me they will call me if the other deal the brokered on the phone deal doesn't go through. The head sales manager was literally sitting in her back office on the phone trying to sell the car to someone else after I told the salesman I was working with I will buy this car now. I do not expect much from car dealerships, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership.

Ford will state that dealerships are not part of Ford and therefore you are stuck dealing with the issue yourself because they as a corporation will not help you. This is the only vehicle manufacturer which will not help its customers when fraud is committed but that's what we've got. AG report in three states: Check BBB report: Check Social Media Low Rating: Check All I want is for a car to be fixed as it should have been before they sold it to us. So my Wife and daughter have a safe vehicle to drive during the day & night. Notice Bremen Ford did not check the accident impacted area on their list of inspection details on the bottom of the Carfax. We as a consumer should not HAVE to take a car back to a dealer we don't trust. Can you imagine if the cut a break line or did something wrong. I'm fighting for a simple fix to a problem which they did not fix, it would be impossible to prove they did something faulty. No trust, no way, no how. Please see additional attached photos.

This, of course, happened over a holiday weekend. Husband called them the Friday before the long weekend. They told him to come early Tuesday morning, when they were open again, and they would help him. Husband went in and they ordered the wheels we needed and said they would be there the next day, and they were! We took the car in and they installed the new wheels. When I had said that we would wait for the new wheels to be put on, the service manager said no, that they were going to take their time with the installation to ensure the car was safe. When they called us to pick up the car, they asked if we wanted to take pictures of the cracks, which we did. When we got there, they took us out to the service area and pulled the wheels out of the boxes (that the new wheels had been in) and let us take pictures so we could send them on the the manufacturer. The cracks were in the same spots on both wheels, so it wasn't a matter of hitting potholes. McCormick Motors will treat you as if you are their only customer. They are amazing!!!!

He helped me purchase my 2016 Ford Escape over a year ago, even with a fixed and tight budget. We bought our second vehicle from him last week, a 2015 Chrysler 200. The Chrysler we purchased off the budget lot, yet they still did an inspection on it, detailed it and replaced all 4 tires for us. I truly believe Branden wouldn't sell you a "bad" vehicle and that all the employees take pride in what they do.

When they mentioned a lemon law, R&B said they would do what they could to fix the truck, but they didn't know if they could get them out of the loan even though R&B has had it at their establishment more than they've had it at their own . Then they offered to trade but they couldn't guarantee they would get out of the truck what they had to pay for it when they sold them this lemon. These people are dishonest and you should never buy a vehicle from them.

Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.
