I am very happy to report that I have not had Dave's work on two of my trucks and I could not be more pleased with his excellent service, attention to detail, and very fair pricing. On my first visit I had him overhaul the read axle on my Tahoe which was making noise. He was able to find a good quality used part to keep the costs down. On my second visit I asked him to replace the ring and pinion on gear on my Suburban. When they got inside they found something else wrong and fixed the proper parts instead. They could have easily taken advantage of me. I speaking with Dave on the phone he was always honest and forthright. I truly believe that there is no other four wheel drive service shop around that does better work for such great prices. I speak from experience because I went to another shop and the left my truck with an oil leak in the rear axle. Half way back from Florida I noticed a loud sound and stopped at an auto parts store. I put in two quarts of oil. I found out that even though they had replaced parts in the read axle they had not replaced the oil seals but had instead just reused them to "save money." Granted the repair bill was $2,500! When is the last time you pulled over to check the fluid in your rear axle? This is why the person you select to work on your truck must be trustworthy. I strongly recommend Dave's and would love to speak with anyone that has questions about my experiences there. Keep up the great work Dave.

Only to have you sign the most bogus LEASE agreement known to man! They charge you twice the price of the car to start then lock you in to weekly payments that turn out to simply be a RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU WILL NEVER OWN THE CAR. The money you give them weekly is not a PURCHASE AGREEMENT! They also tack on some bogus depreciation amount that they make up out of thin air. The sales tactics get you in the door and after you're a customer they treat you like you're less than human, threatening you in every-way possible to make a payment to keep this bogus agreement going. Mary beth is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She send you nasty text messages threatening you if you don't return a call. They say they have a warranty, but NOTHING IS IN WRITING. No details AT ALL.. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to avoid fixing the car or clarifying what's covered or not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

Its Almost paid off and still isn't fixed all they do is put used parts on it instead of new. when I first got my car it was disgusting they were suppose to detail it they never did all they did was hurry up clean it out I had to clean it myself it was so damn bad trash all in it pop in the cup holders it smelled terrible. They told me they would detail it when I brought it back that weekend never happened I asked and asked about it still never happened. Something to do with the oil and my motor messed up Kyle put a used part on it instead of a brand new part because it cost too much money. Well months later something happened again but this time my warranty was up and I had to pay over $300 to get it fixed with a new part I wouldn't of had this issue if they would of put a new part on it to begin with. Kyle would always hit on me and try to get with me even when I would tell him no several times. Every time I took my car there to get fixed it never was fixed it would be the same issue every time they would tell me oh it's fixed now after I pay them to fix it then I tell them no it's not it's still doing the same thing so more money I have to keep putting into it for them not to fix it right. It's still not fixed. Then yesterday I'm texting the girl who works there yes I know I'm behind a few payments well I lost my job I told them that I found a new job I was suppose to start today but couldn't because they took my car yesterday. After my text messages with the girl states it was fine to wait until the 18th that she talked to her boss well then all of a sudden my Boyfriend hears something outside so he goes to look and someone is taking off with my car with my purse and house Key in it didn't say one word to me or nothing just took off fast. So I don't recommend going through pioneer auto it's a joke and the people who work there are fucking ridiculous. I put some money down and financed the rest. It was a pretty clean cut event as I knew what I wanted. All went well. While I did encounter some issues, such as my new bike not being wiped down or the tank being filled up when it was handed off to me, I received a phone call with a heartfelt apology. I wholly understand that mistakes can happen. What is important is when conflict is resolved effectively. The dealership is making everything right and more. I am impressed with the outstanding customer service I received during each step of my purchase.

I stopped by The Car Company because their sign shows a Suzuki logo and I wanted to inquire about service for my vehicle. I drove into the lot and it appeared the service area was closed for the day. I then circled through the used car area to see if there were used Suzuki vehicles on the lot. There were none. A salesman approached my car and introduced himself. He asked if I owed anything on my car. (It's a 2007. NO!)I told him I was looking for a reputable Suzuki service center and that I was not interested in selling my car. That's when it got strange..... This salesman said that he could offer me more than what my car was worth on a trade in. I asked him why would he do that and he said that he sends Suzuki 's to Japan where they are scrapped there for parts. What the heck? He thinks I'm going to trade my beautiful car in to him so he can get a kick back from Japan for parts? I was so angry I wanted to run him over! He was a vulture ready to eat my car like a piece of meat. If you are a Suzuki auto owner, beware. This place is NOT safe for Suzuki's. I will never go back there! RUN!
