How do I even begin to explain how wonderful Dr. Anderson is. I needed a root canal, and it felt like a regular filling. He checked on me a lot, even stopping as much as I wanted to use the vacuum. He was not bothered at all when I even needed to stop him to use the restroom. I did not feel a thing while he worked. He answered all of my questions and was just simply amazing. There was an appointment made for me through Promenade Dental and she handed me a piece of paper. I realized a few days later my husband must have thrown it away and I forgot to write it on my calendar. I called the office and they said my appointment was the day prior but they were given wrong contact information for me so we're unable to call me or leave a voicemail. I apologized and made a new appointment in a few weeks. I was early and waited in the waiting room. Once called back I was given X-rays and the doctor says I need an implant but will send me back to my original doctor. As I leave the lady with glasses tells me the doctor is offering me a discount for my rootcanal and X-rays. I never got a root canal. She walks back to the doctor then apologizes and said there's a discount for X-rays. I asked why there was a charge and the lady indicated they told my general dentist they were out of network for me which that dentist never told me. Now I post I bad review on my general dentist and the dentist Bao commented saying that this office is claiming they called me and left me multiple voicemails telling me they didn't accept my insurance. How dumb is that as they didn't even have the correct phone number for me? And why I would still go to an office that doesn't take my insurance. I'm not sure what's going on but lying on someone is not ok.Dr Bao from Promenade dental commented on my Yelp review saying this office is claiming I was arguing with the lady over paying which I can speak with the lady with glasses myself and confirm I never argued, I just asked why there was a charge as I wasn't expecting one. I paid the amount and contacted my general dentist since the lady said they told my general dentist they didn't accept my insurance. Unsure how but this office is now claiming they are mailing me a refund it's been over a month and I've heard nothing. The lady said they sent a lot of refund checks but didn't get to my group yet. Sounds like this office sends a lot of refunds not sure if that's a good thing to have that many refunds that they haven't even got to mine yet. read more

They were able to get me in same day and this was referred by my dentist after calling around and they said they would book me in for same day to address the issue. - The staff was very informative of all the steps that would be done and not a long process that usually happens which was even better. They were dialed din with technology that made the painless procedure even go by faster then i was expecting while Dr. Anderson was very helpful. Then the staff took care of all the paperwork, x-rays and billing like a breeze. It is a pleasure to give Precision Endodontics a five star rating. I was sent there as an emergency root canal referred by my dentist. I was in pain! What I like most was how easy it was to be seen. You complete the paper work online in their office. They had my referral, x-rays and insurance processed. I was seen by Dr. Retamozo. She is my SHEro. She took her time and explained the procedures. I am usually nervous. She and her assistant were calm and reassured me that I would feel much better after the treatment. I liked how my tooth was isolated.. none of the gross stuff went in my mouth or in my throat and I didn't feel a thing! I was given prescription, instructions, and ibuprofen before I left. My 8 year old daughter was referred to Dr Anderson from a pediatric dentist and I had my reservations because they don't specialize in children, but wow! Dr.Anderson was so incredible with her. He was patient and comforting. Instead of suggesting an expensive procedure, he legitimately evaluated her and was able to complete the treatment at the same visit. Although he explained things to me, he spoke to her the entire time and specifically addressed her fears. What can I even say that hasn't already been said. I spent a lot of time researching endodontists in the area, I wanted the best because first of all,​ I was paying out of pocket, and second I have never had a root canal treatment and wanted to make sure it was done​ right. I am so incredibly satisfied with the quality of care I received​ here. My anxieties were calmed and it was really helpful to be able to watch a movie while I got my work done. Leading up to my appointment there were a few things I was anxious about. The first being the numbing injections, despite​ having to be injected 5 different times​ because my tooth root was quite deep, my fears were dispelled immediately​ because I hardly felt a thing, he is so careful and gentle. ​The second thing I was anxious about was having to hold my mouth open for a long period of time because I have issues with TMJ. Dr. Anderson gave me a bit block to support my jaw and he even let me take a break mid-procedure, which helped SO much. This was the LEAST painful and uncomfortable experience ever, dare I say even better than getting fillings​.. Dr. Anderson and his staff are so incredible and complete professionals. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. My anxieties disappeared​ and it was surprisingly​ a relaxing experience. Had a toothache and called this office off the webernet. I always check the reviews on the interwebs and make a decision based on that. Dr. Andersen told me i needed a root canal. I told him I would get the money together and come and do it. In the meantime he gave me some antibiotics and pain killers. I almost knocked myself out with those pills! wow. I was initially sent to another endodontics office by my dentist. But the office was very chaotic, and the endodontist was kind of rude to me. I felt VERY uncomfortable there and decided to look for yelp reviews for an endodontist in the same area. WOW!!! Found Dr. Anderson and was immediately impressed!!! He is in my insurance network and was incredibly professional from the beginning. He has the latest equipment for precision work! (Hence the name of his business!) What impresses me is when someone chooses their profession and excels in the field. It wasn't like he was some old school endodontist who gouges out a root and sends you on your way. The work was BEAUTIFUL!!! I've seen many, many endodontists over the years. There is a HUGE difference between arrogance and confidence. Dr. Anderson exudes confidence. All others I have experienced in the past are arrogant. He's been doing this for many years, and has now left a group practice for his own practice in Murrieta. Living in Fallbrook but driving to Murrieta may seem like a long way to go for an endodontist. But Dr. Anderson was worth it. I had an appt with Dr Gharavi and I was in a lot of pain and my anxiety was out the roof. The assistant and the Dr herself calmed me down and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. I cannot thank Dr. Anderson enough! I was referred to his office from my dentist because I was having pain on the right side of my mouth but didn't quite know what tooth it was. At my consultation, the pain was not bad at all but he was still very cautious testing each tooth on that side since I'm 33 weeks pregnant. He was sure it was a tooth that I had previous fillings on that were too close to the root. A root canal was scheduled and the front desk ladies were so nice. The pain ended up becoming unbearable before my scheduled appointment and Dr. Anderson made it a priority to get me in because I was unable to take any pain meds.
