I don't know what products they use, but it's not good quality. My car shouldn't have water marks. Seems like they recycle the water, because my car didn't look clean after 2 runs. They are an extremely high volume business and their machines see constant wear and tear. So no, their brushes won't be perfect. There will be edges and rough parts, or even debris stuck in them. And of the hundreds of cars that go through each day, probably a small percentage of customers even notice. There is no point in complaining to staff about it because they will simply deny it and there is no way to prove it. So do yourself a favor and seek out a touchless car wash instead.

It's about $75, but it's worth every penny--especially for parents. As a baseball mom, I'm constantly dealing with mud and crumbs. They steam clean the interior, wipe everything down, and even found 'treasures' (hidden candy!) under the seats. They are incredibly thorough and bag up all loose items from the trunk and cabin. ​The Wait: It takes about 30 minutes, but they have a great waiting area with coffee and water.
