They gave me a fair quote, was able to schedule my job…read morequickly, and did an outstanding job correcting the siding mess that was done by the prior contractor on our addition, fixing the angle of the roof rafters so that the eaves/fascia could be properly installed. They even helped me put flashing between the addition roof and the deck cover, and trim coil around the deck cover (which was outside the scope of the quoted work). Every time I look at it I am astounded at how well it turned out, considering what they had to work with. I highly recommend this company for your siding/roofing jobs, and will be calling them again when it is time to fully replace our siding or roof.

The re-roofing (we replaced asphalt shingles) was the most important part because the roof replacement had to be finished before the solar install could start. And we had to finish the solar panels quickly to qualify for the solar tax credit. Kristin Wellwood, the Allcon project manager, was incredibly helpful. First, we discussed roof options from all aspects, including cost, timing, longevity, and use with solar. Then we performed the necessary design reviews that went into applying to our strict homeowner association. Kristin did a great job of dealing with the association and getting the approval in a short time. She also coordinated well with the solar company. Next, the roofing team took over. They worked long hours in sometimes non-ideal weather to finish the work in time for the solar company to complete their work. Punchlist and follow-up we finished without argument. Kristin was also helpful in areas related to roofing but not directly. She pointed out a couple of construction fixes that we ended up doing outside of Allcon's responsibility. She also helped with work we needed done on our gutters (separate review: Allcon's sub for gutter work, Byers Gutter and Repair, did a great job). Allcon's price was not the lowest. But the headaches we saved in using them was well worth the extra cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLCON.

Could it even be restored? The roof was leaking and siding battered and barely hanging on. Evidence of rotted wood everywhere. The workers were a bit disrespectful of property and us with a language barrier. Had empty water bottles and trash on the property but at the end of the job cleaned the property ok Have since seen the exhaust fan in the roof was not put back on properly. My husband had to go on the roof and fix it. Additionally we had a leak and stain on the ceiling. After contact the owner said he'd send someone. Several days later a Spanish speaking young man came to the door. Couldn't understand much. I asked to have him look at the inside damage. He was hesitant. Then he checked the roof and indicated in his broken English there was an issue. He told my husband it was Too Hot outside to fix it. What???? And we have never seen or heard from them again. Not reliable.
