I thought it was a roof leak but Joaquin determined it was from a PVC pipe that wasn't glued correctly by the builder's choice of plumber in 2019. At my request he drilled a hole in my ceiling right where the water was coming in. He said the PVC elbow connector should have blue or purple glue but either no glue or clear glue was used. He spent around 45 minutes checking various possible things causing the leak including A/C drain pan. I asked how much I owed but he said there was no charge and wouldn't accept payment for his time. The representative, Rocky, showed up at the scheduled time and did a thorough assessment from both outside the home up on the Roof, and also inside the Home in the Attic. He provided 3 Estimates to us in a timely manner. We were going back and forth with our Insurance Company and we were ultimately denied for them to pay a Claim for Hail Damages. During that period of Time, Rocky checked in with us to see if he could offer any assistance, etc. Once the Claim was officially denied, we had a Total of 5 Roofing Companies, including Hayes, to quote a Roof Replacement. Even though Hayes was not the least expensive, based on the thorough estimate process, the thoroughness of explaining the 3 Quote options, the follow up by Rocky and the Hayes reputation, we decided to go with them. We scheduled with them for 10/20/2025. They confirmed the week prior to make sure that date was still good for us. The crew showed up on time. They spent time covering up shrubbery, the pool, the decks, etc., before beginning to remove the old Roof. The crew worked all Day and finished the Job and did a great Job in cleaning up afterwards. During the day, the Project Manager called and also came by, to check on the progress. The following day, another Hayes employee came to remove the leftover supplies, to inquire how things went and to take pictures of the completed project.
