They repainted in the original color and did the extra work to prevent any orange peel. I have pictures showing how good the car still looks today. Juan has always been very helpful. The price was very reasonable and a great value. The second job was my 2018 Ruby Red Pearl Metallic Camry Hybrid HLE roof that received some damage from birds and a bit of hail. The job was done at a very reasonable price and very convenient drop off and return. In fact, since Juan lives near my home, he drove the car home to San Martin from San Jose and made the whole process very easy. My Audi SQ5 had extensive damage, roughly $35,000 worth, and when I first saw the extent of it, the car basically looked totaled. Seeing it after Jose and his team finished the repairs was unbelievable. It came back looking better than when we bought it. The quality of the work, paint, body lines, fitment, and overall attention to detail were exceptional. You would never know this vehicle had gone through that level of damage. The Audi was with Jose for about three months due to the extensive repairs and backordered parts. Normally, having a vehicle gone that long would be frustrating, but Jose made the entire process as stress-free as possible. His communication was honestly some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Not one time during those three months did I have to reach out and ask for an update. Jose always kept me in the loop. If there was a delay, a backordered part, a hiccup, or simply progress being made, I knew about it.
