Christian was great and thorough. Explained everything very well. On top of that the workmanship was great! My truck definitely did not look as nice when I bought it off the lot.
I'm giving 2 stars because I like how the ceramic coating came out but bad customer experience because one time I asked if they were open on a Monday and they said they were. There was some sort of miscommunication, maybe he didn't think I was coming that day, but I drove one hour all the way from Tracy to San Jose just to be told by One of the other employees that we're in store that called him and asked him his whereabouts and was told he was out on a mobile detail and told me if I could come another day. So I followed up and I messaged him just to be left on read so I sent another follow up message a couple days later just to be left on read again. Bad customer experience, did not expect this from a professional shop. Will not recommend to anyone who has to drive from outside of San Jose
My Lexus got detailed here and looks brand new. Top quality is the best in town ! Thanks guys!
I sold my 370z NISMO a couple months ago and recently took delivery of my 2023 Tesla Model 3. One of the first things I had to do was stop by Top Quality Detailing to get it ceramic coated. These guys are the best of the best in my opinion. The process was super easy and fast. Dropped off the car on Monday morning and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. The guys did an amazing job. There's no one else I'd trust to get my cars ceramic coated. Special thanks to Cristian for throwing in the interior detailing too. Even though my Model 3 is only 6 days old, everything looked as if I was picking it up on the very first day (even cleaner than that). I will always recommend this business if you're looking to get your car ceramic coated.
I had Ceramic Coating done to my car and was so pleased with the way it looked better than before I bought the car. They also completely detailed the interior too. Christian was pleasure to work with cause he was a great guy and he really knew his stuff about how to take care of cars. His shop was in a good location away from the busy industrial areas and there was plenty of parking. Great value. Great experience. I'd highly recommend.
The address I went to was 3728 charter park dr San Jose, 95136 but the number matches Anyways this guy knows what he's doing.. I recently had my 2017 Porsche macan hood painted by the dealership do to a scratch they did. After getting my car back from them they returned it with a bunch of buffer trails like if the guys that was doing the finishing job didn't know what he was doing or just didn't finish his training!! Anyways top quality detailing at 3728 charter park dr San Jose, 95136 and number 408-628-7691 Did an amazing job on doing a paint correction and I had had my macan ceramic coated with the wheels as well. I truly recommend this shop for your full detail. Honest and takes time to not only listen but gives you the knowledge you need to keep up with your detail.
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! My interest in the Gtechniq brand ceramic coatings led me to Cristian as one of the few Bay Area detailers who carry and are authorized to install the product. Phone / text communication was efficient and when I stopped by to check out the shop Cristian took time to show me around including his cars and work in progress. The shop was clean and well organized. He explained everything in detail and offered choices where appropriate. I made an appointment before I left. When I arrived on appointment day, the crew was working on some nice cars and it was plain to see their professionalism and attention to detail. Picking up the car next day, my new to me 3 year old vehicle was shinier than when it was brand new. Cristian explained everything they'd done and the basics of maintaining the ceramic coating. Even sent me off with detailer spray and some towels. I applaud Cristian's customer care and his positive energy towards growing his business.
Cristian and his team over at Top Quality Detailing definitely have gained a returning customer. The service provided was over the top and results were nonetheless better than expected. His work definitely speaks for itself and I don't regret choosing Top Quality. Swirls marks all over the car have been corrected and coated leaving a shine that makes the paint pop even when sitting in the garage. You can tell he has mastered his craft as there were various different projects inside his shop upon pickup. He ensured to educate and explain the steps needed so the coat yields its full potential. I will definitely be back to get the wheels off + ceramic package with the maintenance wash. All future car purchases will definitely need to be touched by Top Quality Detailing to ensure paint is protected against various exposures.
Cristian D and his team are amazing!! Had my car in for Ceramic Coating after some google searches and online reviews. I am glad that I brought my car in for Cristian. He turned my 10 year old beaten-up car looks brand-new again. I showed the car to my friends and they all said "it's beautiful and like a brand-new car" (Thanks a lot Cristian). The workmanship is top notch. He also fixed some of paint damages on my car at no extra charge which is very generous of him (of course, I have to give him the paint). On the price, it is so super reasonable especially when it includes 2 stage paint correction in both packages. Plus, for the price that he charges, I could NOT find any other shops would include a "Interior Express Detail" in their packages as Top Quality Detail does. You guys should check Cristian D out and you will not be disappointed.
I'd give six stars if I could! Cristian is an artist. He's worked on my cars for almost four years and they all look better than new. He's also done the seemingly impossible with wet sanding as a dull hood with a subpar paint job was transformed into a mirror glaze. He took the time to remove an unsightly 18-inch long scratch from the side of my car as if by eraser. The results are remarkable. Don't sleep on his services!

Christian at Top Quality Detailing absolutely brought my Durango back to life. My seats had heavy stains that I honestly thought were permanent, and after the steam cleaning they look brand new again. He also did the window tint on my Durango and it came out super clean with great attention to detail. No bubbles, clean edges, and it completely changed the look of the vehicle. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work instead of rushing jobs out. Super professional, easy to work with, and keeps you updated throughout the process. Definitely recommending him to anyone looking for quality detailing, steam cleaning, or tint work. read more

These guys went above and beyond! They nailed it with the name, definitely do top quality work! They did an amazing job, detailed the whole interior, polished vehicle, deleted all scratches and swirls, and left the vehicle looking even better than when it was pulled out the dealership! Very happy with the results. Nice, Professional, and very attentive staff was a plus. Will definitely take my vehicle again and recommend 100% read more

Talked to a few shops before finally selecting Top Quality Detailing (Cristian) to do ceramic coating and ceramic tint for my model Y. Cristian was very professional and patient in explaining the process and just gave me lots of information that helped me decide. I also got to see a finished project when I visited his shop and that really helped me decide. Long story short, I got my car back and so super happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend Cristian and will definitely go back for any car detailing needs. Attached a photo but it did not really do it justice. Thx again Cristian!! read more
