The quote itself was extremely professional and thorough. Each tint option included detailed explanations of coverage, UV blocking capabilities, and how the different films perform. This was very helpful especially if you aren't as familiar with tint options. You can tell they value helping customers make informed decisions. When I emailed back with questions, their consultants responded promptly and even suggested popular tint and different PPF combinations to help guide us that fit our budget. Then when we came in for our vehicle dropoff, the front desk staff showed us examples of what each tint would actually look like on our windows. That hands-on visual made all the difference and helped us confidently choose the perfect tint for the front of our Tesla. We dropped the car off at 8:30am, and they completed everything within two full business days since we decided to do both tint and PPF. At pickup, they did a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were completely satisfied and explained everything clearly.
